Samsung 65 inch class 8000 smart TV

We have a rather large living room so a 65 inch screen is just perfect. Picture quality is excellent. Pairing this with the Samsung 3.1 sound bar was a very good idea too. The feature set and consolidated menu are very good as well. If you’re looking for a good TV, there are plenty of models to compare at Best Buy.

Great SHRINKING picture!!!b

We have scheduled a Total Tech service appt to solve this problem. We are NOT tech savvy Senior Citizens! Hope they can fix it. We also have to go on line to get a Guide for TV operation, buttons, etc! This didn't come in the box!! The problem with the picture size is the ONLY reason I don't recommend this item is that I don't know if it's a Samsung problem, a cable problem, or " other" problem.
