Samsung Still Has Quality Control Problems

Wish I knew that when I purchased this expensive TV back in March 2022. It lasted just over 2 years, after the 2 year warranty expired I paid extra for. Our TV has gone dark. Now I know it's a common problem among Samsung's. Here's an example from their own community site; https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/tv-suddenly-has-very-low-brightness-and-can-t-be-changed/td-p/8312746 A bit trivial but the back to the remote wont stay on. It's constantly sliding forward as you use the buttons, so annoying.
