    We upgraded to a bigger tv and chose this Samsung. We have had it for about a month now. The tv works great. The picture is amazing and sharp. Colors look natural and absolutely love the 65 inch screen size. The smart tv features and apps work as they should. Fast processor. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and the people at BestBuy were very helpful....

    Excellent picture unless watching Amazon Prime videos. There's an issue watching 4K Amazon stuff making the picture way too dark. Have to watch through our Roku instead of the Samsung Amazon Prime button on the TV. Unsure if the fault is with the TV or Amazon. Otherwise, this is an awesome TV, great sound, incredible picture.
