Excellent product and great customer service from geek squad

Great set! We got wall mount option. Telescopes out, tilts up or down, swivels side to side. Only way to go! Great Quality in picture. Need plenty of wall room as set is quite large, Now need to consider a nice piece of furniture below set to balance out the wall space below.

Very satisfied with this 65" SmartTV by Samsung. Easy to setup-great picture-comes with Samsung TV+ built in to watch over 200 free wifi TV channels enough programming to justify dropping pay satellite TV. Very easy to add free or low-cost Apps as needed. Im saving some money.

Good size good quality and picture highly recommended

The Tv is great….the problem is with the smart remote. The remote will only work my Bose sound bar if I’m within 5 ft of it. The remote works the tv fine from 15 ft away but not the Bose sound bar. I’m sure this is probably not a common problem, but it’s definitely a problem for me.

First time I watched Moon Knight on this rather than my computer I was stunned at all the things I missed visually. This thing is a monster, hubby thought the old tv was larger than it was so this was an all around upgrade. Would buy again, the price was also nice.

Had the 6950 version of the 65 in. It really is a upgrade. Everything works wells, it connected perfectly to my soundbar. The older tv never wanted to connect. Now I use one controller and it powers both and controls both. Plus i can use alexa to control my other devices while watching tv.

light TV and cheap. Samsung is good branch many people love it.

Would be excellent if it wasnt loaded with ads all over the menu screen.

Awful service and no one will honor the 5 year protection plan i am told that it’s acceptable for me to factory reset my tv every 2/5 minutes. I am also told that best buy will only schedule repairs during banker hours and shame on me for having a Monday through Friday job. I was also advised that the time i am available from now 06/26/2025-07/08/2025 a tech isn’t available because he will be taking off the Fourth of July week. So there is only one technician covering an entire tri county area? Customer service doesn’t listen and tries saying you are wanting something other than what you are calling for then transfers without telling you. Awful all the way around.

Like this tv, good picture and sound. Don't like remote

My new TV is the bomb. Once I learned the controller, I was off and running. I like the closed caption in case I miss something. I am 85 and it is great company. I recommended it to my daughter. I even play it when I am doing dishes and can’t see the screen. It is great company. Thanks

This has got to be one of the top of the line tvs. I've watched things on here that are old and would usually look grainy, but this improves the image on nearly everything I've researched on it. Even includes hey Google which is very helpful finding titles.

Excellent TV, nice colors only draw back as with all Samsung is the sound, I hope in the future they can correct this isuue, I don't understand aafter all these years why they haven't cause many people always complained about the sound not being very good

It is a fantastic TV. Great picture. I really like the remote. It seamlessly integrated with my cable box without much trouble. Great TV for the money. The salesman at Best Buy was very helpful.
