The television was great for just over two years. Then I noticed the left side of the screen flickered dark every now and then. After a while, the brightness on the left side (from the center of the screen to the left edge) went way down making it hard to view. I looked online and the backlights seem to be an issue with the larger Samsungs. I tried a few online tips to bring the backlight back up...and it worked! For about two days. Now, the left side looks fine and the right side is out and nothing I've tried can make the backlights come back on. Very disappointing. I've always considered Samsung a quailty product, In fact, I've had my smaller screen Samsung for over ten years and it's still working great. Makes me very hesitant to purchase another larger screen Samsung.

Great tv that I recently purchased.I really like it and plus it I got it about 300 dollars cheaper than What it was originally advertised for being a Best Buy member. The quality is really excellent and it surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend buying if your in the market for a new Tv

For the price point you can't go wrong. It doesn't quite have near the picture quality as my previous Sony that was 4 years old. I actually expected more out of the Samsung. The remote control is garbage. It is virtually useless to make on the fly picture adjustments.

The best TV I have purchased. Theatre quality, unbelievable price, and extremely easy to set up. Can't wait for the Olympics on Friday and the start of the incoming football season. I have been watching movies and feeling like I am in the story and one of the cast because the screen is so big.

Picture is pretty darn good. I paired this with the Yamaha Receiver/speaker system Yamaha - YHT-5960 Premium All-in-One Home Theater System with 8K HDMI and Wi-Fi - Black and they all work so well together. Great Picture with a great sound system.

Got this in late 2021 brand new… got the two year protection… worked great. Never had a problem. Never needed to use the protection program. As soon as protection expired, the tv flaked out and half of the screen went dark.

So far so good We bought this for our living room which is a decent size room. We mounted it to the wall with an adjustable bracket , which is a great feature because we can move the TV to any angle that we want for viewing anywhere in that room . Size is perfect for our living space.

Best T.V. we've ever owned. Nice Big Screen. Love the way it turns on and off. It fits nice and close to the wall. Many nice features. We are an elderly couple and we actually understand how this TV work. Love It!

Love the picture and size. Easy for seniors to use

Beautiful picture. It is so clear and vibrant. Love the upgrade to a larger tv. We are older and it was getting hard to see the details when watching our old tv. LOL, messages on letters and cell phones and then we would be lost on what was going on in move. So happy with our purchase

Samsung is a favorite for a reason…picture is great and everything works as it’s supposed to! The Best Buy employee we had was very friendly and helpful with our purchase and we had help loading as well. We are very happy with our purchase!

Excellent Picture and Quality - and at Open Box price, you just can't beat it. Mounted on the wall, and off we go! Unless you are going for the OLED's, which are much more expensive, you can't go wrong with the Tizen 8000 crystal display. 65 inches of awesomeness!

Im not new to purchasing samsung products from Best Buy, so it was exactly what i had expected: cheaper prices than the competition, easy access to Best Buy site, and faster/earlier delivery. I love buying from Best Buy because its a brand that j can count on!

What an incredible find! I bought this for my tech-challenged sister, and she loves it. It is so sharp and clear compared to her old television. In addition, the remote makes it really easy for her to access Netflix and Amazon Prime.
