I had account passwords handy so set up was fairly easy. We mounted it to a tv stand so it is much more stable than the small legs it came with. The picture quality is very good and sound is okay without a sound bar although we will probably add one at some point.

The TV i went to buy was actually the 7000 series, and even though your system showed 3 in stock they could not be located, so I had to get the next one up the 8000. The tv is incredible and the picture fantastic. The service in the store was awesome.

We love our new TV. It was a big decision but we couldn't be happier. The picture and sound are both top notch. We were not sure about the size at first after getting it home. It is the largest screen we have ever had. But it has us spoiled to anything smaller now.

Value for money & it got the all the required features which I was looking for.

Using this TV on my lanai. I am using my internet providers app to stream content. I am having some buffering and sometimes have to re-download my cable TV providers app. Not sure what the issue is. Otherwise, the picture is good and the TV serves its purpose.

Great TV for the price but make sure to adjust video settings. The default settings are off (heavy soap opera affect and over saturated colors) and don’t do the TV justice. There are several videos on how to do this. Once done, the TV looks great and just needs a good sound bar for deep sound.

The TV works fine for the most part, but we recently had to have the panel replaced due to a white glare, which was more noticeable during dark scenes. It’s still there, but not as bad as before.

The tv freeze sometimes with no reason. It’s is a good tv for the price.

Love it!!! We updated our Netflix to a higher definition and it was well worth it. We bought 2, one for family room and one for family room. Also got a sound system for each. Both mounted high so we can view above bifocals.

Worst tv ever panel malfunction in 3 years of use.

Great TV. Picture is clear and bright. Sound is good too. I got a soundbar but questionning whether to install it. If you have the TV in a mansion, than maybe install a soundbar, but for most folks, especially in a small condo, the sound is sufficient.

I have learned through trial and error. One thing I seldom do is read too many reviews. I have to test the product myself and see if it passes my standards. The overall quality of the product is outstanding. I will leave it at that.

TV is great! We love it. Delivery and set up was flawless. They went through everything with me, and answered all questions. Downside? It’s a “time magnet” … we spend way tooo much time watching it.

Very nice TV. I should have gotten a larger size due to some wide-screen movies have the black bar on top and bottom of screen that makes the screen look smaller. Other than that, it's a very good television. As with all thin televisions, a sound bar could help sound.

Staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. Very happy with the TV. Only having one issue so far. And that is the TV will randomly turn itself on. Tried new batteries in the remote and resetting the TV. Still happening. The picture is great.

This TV technology is incredible. It links with google and it is very helpful. The images are amazing. Sound also. The remote also works with apple tv which is great. This is a new model, less heavier, more thinner than the previous 8000 Series.

Great product. Tv watching will be so much better compared to our old 38” screen. Everything seems so lifelike and more defined. Have enjoyed every minute of watching it. Even reruns are worth watching

I actually like the series 7 more than the 8…………….
