Wish Samsung would send better directions on the set up for us older people. The controller takes a little getting use too but after I finally got it connected to my wifi I was amazed on how good the picture is.

It's absolutely one of the sharpest picture formats that I've ever seen in any surroundings.

Almost completely set itself up. Even set the remote control up to operate DirecTv's box by itself!

Samsung has no repair techs available in the Boston for servicing Samsung TV’s. Best Buy stores are currently not accepting phone calls as of 7/19/2021.

The blacks on this tv aren’t black enough, the dark colors get washed out. The viewing angles are not great, you cannot view anything darker on this unless you’re front and center. Tv remote lags due to menu UI.

The new 8000 Series LED 4 K UHD is a huge improvement. The colors and definition is great. Very pleased with our purchase.
