The small remote took some getting used to, only has a few buttons, but the voice command feature is great. Sound is really an issue if you are using the tv speaker.

When I opened the TV box it looked weird so I plugged it in and it was broken. I trued to return fir an exhange but they said I did it and wouldn't exchange. I will never buy from Best Buy again, out $650 and a TV

It’s unfortunate to hear your AU8000 TV screen exhibited damage upon unboxing and setup. Even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation – laid on its side or tilted – during transit, damage could have been done.
We recommend you contact Best Buy again for assistance. Should you need assistance with a replacement TV, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, 7 days a week.
