Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.

I don't like this one as much. The viewing angles aren't as good. But the most irritating is that the older model has more apps available than this one. I purchased this hoping that MLB.tv app would be supported like my previous TV. Unfortunately, no MLB tv, no pluto, very few available apps other the major ones like youtube, hulu, and Netflix. Otherwise, picture is very good seated directly behind, and I do like that it is very thin.
