As there were hanging the tv they kept me up to what they were doing. They adjusted my remote with ease. It didn't take them long to complete the job. At the store it was great as well, the sales person was easy to work with. After looking at a couple of tv's and explain to us each of the units and what components we needed. One stop one time and done. I recommend Bestbuy. great store
