We've had this TV for 2 years now, and the quality is great. It looked small in-store next to the much bigger TVs, but once we got it home we realized it was a huge upgrade! The only issue we have is with the remote. Not sure if it's an ongoing problem for other customers of this product, but sometimes the volume button randomly stops working on the remote. We have to unplug the TV from the power source and plug it back in to get the volume button on the remote to work again. It's super annoying as it happens pretty regularly. TV is great. Remote stinks. Oh well. I suppose we could probably get a replacement remote.

Absolutely Beautiful picture!! We are in love with this smart tv- the price well great for the size and quality and it will more than pay for itself as we are getting rid of the satellite provider and replacing them with streaming services. The set up was incredibly easy and it is so thin that we can place or mount it with ease! It was even available for 2hour pickup on a Sunday!! Thanks for the great deal !!BestBuy

Worst TV. Easily cracks and the HDMI ports are located inthe worst possible places.

I’ve have this TV for 4 years now, and it is still playing great. Great quality and bright picture. I will recommend it to friends and family! Just moved and I’m about to go shop for another one.

I know 8K sounds something crazy and a revolutionary technology fot TVs, but guys, you wouldn't notice much difference with this AU8000 4K! I have a ps5 and woow! You will be surprised when playing games, seeing that tv screen and its game mode in action is something tremendously and a fantastic feeling! I recommend this tv if your're a gamer and like to watch movies and series. By the way, you don't need a bar sound,I have volume up to 13 and it sounds good. I think the TV's sound would be still good for bigger rooms. I don't understand people using sound bars, probably for parties but the sound of this tv is perfectly fine.

I love this TV so much. The picture is clear and it's easy to setup and use. I previously had an LG TV; the picture was ok, but it was horrible for streaming; it wouldn't stay connected to the internet, even with an Ethernet cable. I haven't had a problem with this or my 4 year old Samsung. Samsung is my go to from now on.

An excellent medium size Screen. Even majes a super monitor for an iPhone! Samsung settings for everything from siund to network to channels - the setup is self explanatory. Ut syre besrs the 62” Samsung rear projector TV I’ve been living with fir 15 years (the same bulb sll that time). A $3000 purchase from Bestbuy which we never regretted. Samsung has not let us down with quality and durability.

This tv is phenomenal great colors perfect size perfect price.

TV picture quality and sound are great. The colors contrast vibrantly and create excellent visuals. TV was fast and simple to install and was installed and operating within 25min however, I did experience a small issue with Best Buy. This particular item I ordered was open box and described by Best Buy as being in excellent condition. By Best Buy's definition this means that it comes with ALL original parts but my order was missing the remote. This normally isnt a huge problem except that Best Buy had no replacement for me which required me to go in and spend another $30 on a new remote which kind of defeats the purpose of buying open box to save money. Had I known it did not come with something fairly essential like a remote I likely would have purchased another TV. The TV is nice but I cant help but feel let down by Best Buy on this purchase though

I did a lot of research before getting this TV to replace an 8-year old Samsung that had gone on the blink. I am very happy with the size, the clarity and the functionality. I use an external speaker, so I have no opinion on the built in speakers. Otherwise, this TV is working very well for me.

This TV is such a trooper, this TV has survived deployment it has been to the US > Ireland > Kawaiit > Afghanistan and back to the US(Texas > Virginia > California). This TV was used day in night beating my Sergeant at Mario Kart & making my friends regret playing me in Super Smash Bros after they realize my ex left and I spent all my time on Smash Bros. I’m now sitting here 4 years later still running just as good as when I purchased it and risked a ticket with the Texas driving law as the TV smashed me against my 2 Door Honda Civic. Many family members and relationships have left my life but this TV is a Smart TV so it realizes how happy I can make it and how happy it makes me. I think about replacing it sometimes just because I want a bigger TV but then I realize it’s working wonders still and that I only have $3.78 in my bank account so why did I even think about replacing it.

Good value, nice picture, size, ease of use. Intuitive remote

Our last tv died rather suddenly and we found ourselves looking at an expensive, unplanned purchase right before Christmas. We looked at a few brands and decided NOT to go for the inexpensive models that most store were offering before the holidays. Glad we made that choice! We set it up ourselves and though it took a while to navigate through the menus, it was do-able for this retiree. We have considered ditching our cable box and just using the cable company’s app to control our programming. Beware. The response time for some apps is very slow. I don’t know if that’s a function of the tv or the app or the cable company, but I’ll be doing more research before turning in my box. Though this tv is the same size as our last one, the picture looks larger, possibly because it is sharper. As for sound, it would be awful without our sound bar, but I think that’s the way it is with any tv. All in all, I’m pleased with our purchase.

This is my 3rd Samsung TV and I am very happy with it. TV is easy to set up and to operate. I went down in models for this purchase and find the performance just as good as the QLED I had previously and at a much lower price.

This is a very user friendly smart tv. Very simple set up definitely need 2 people. Quality it great! If you pair it with the Samsung soundbar it’s perfect!

set-up was very easy, however, it did not come with a wall anchor so it would not tip. should be standard considering the size. took me a couple of minutes to connect the samsung sound bar. it sounded great. the picture is the best i have seen so far. so crisp and clear.
