    Service was excellent, efficient and technician answered all questions. However, window of delivery could be narrowed. We were told the window was 7 am - 1 pm. Technicians did not leave the warehouse until 8 am and had three deliveries before ours. They arrived around 1 pm. I think Best Buy could have narrowed the window to around 11-1 considering they knew we were the fourth installation.
