TV has a nice selection of features and an overall great picture. Ditch the standard picture settings and fine tune it with easily found online custom ones. Sound quality is ok, but much better using a soundbar. Picture washes out somewhat in bright daylight settings. Nice Samsung quality at a reasonable price.

It happens on the Hulu app, Samsung TV Plus, & Paramount+ Apps so far. Haven't noticed it yet on Netflix or Disney+. I've checked Network Connection, turned off Eco settings, Software updates, Cache clearing, powering down, and nothing is making it go away. Internet search shows this is a known issue with Samsung TVs apparently. Pictures are from Hulu (not live).

We appreciate your review of the CU8000 TV; please know your feedback will be shared with our internal teams. You mentioned previously updating the Firmware, but I want to ensure you have updated it to the latest one.
The most recent Firmware Update is version 1120.1. If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

Had to call Samsung for replacement. It’s in the works never had this issue before in any tv. Sound isn’t as loud as it should be
