Samsung 65" 8000 had this tv for a few months, less than 4. it is stuck on smart hub, and no one can fix it, not best buy in Melbourne or Samsung or my wifi company spectrum, so no tv for this disabled veteran in a wheelchair have a friend coming over after today to try and fix a new tv. good job Samsung and best buy Melbourne.

Sound is hit or miss , mostly miss , not really happy with the quality

I bought a 65” Samsung TV in July 2023, but in December 2023, seven dots became visible on the TV screen, each with a diameter of 1 mm. The TV comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty, so when I contacted them, they sent two times a technician. Both agreed it was not physical damage, but this kind of issue was new for them because the dots could be felt when touched from the exterior. I am certain it is not physical damage. Samsung refused to take responsibility under the one-year warranty. See the pictures.

Regular broadcast TV not much better than what I had 4K on streaming is OK

Excellent tv picture and clarity. Remotes very easy to operate and understand. Price was great and the tv was in stock. This tv exceeded all expectations. I am very happy with all aspects of this purchase. The Geek Squad that installed the TV did an outstanding job not only setting up the TV but explaining everything related to the operation of it. A-1 purchase and installation. I highly recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

It was a nice size for our booth at a conference. It will now mount in our meeting room, brining our team together. Controls were easy to use on the remote, although I still need to figure out how the brightness works. I had times where the display would get really dim due to a setting on my laptop or the TV. Havent figured it out yet. Sound is good and the colors are good too.

Crystal clear picture and audio! Relatively easy to set up, Overall it's fantastic. The remote is simple to use and the ability to use the Smart Things app to control the TV is a fantastic feature.

Absolutely fantastic TV. Samsun did an excellent job balancing aesthetic and function. The responsiveness of the remote controller to the TV is smooth enough to prevent frustrations, and the ability to mirror/cast any device to the TV without extra equipment is super nice when sharing photos during family visits

Samsung 65" Class CU8000 Smart TV was an excellent choice, among the many other options available and viewed. Great price, terrific picture quality, easy set up, including pairing remotes, and the amplified speaker system is very effective. May consider a sound bar in future but still great ambience. Samsung touts itself as quality and the company lives up to the hype. A very satisfied customer.
