First Samsung TV and it's impressive

The picture quality is great and so far its treating us well. The speakers are satisfactory and they get the job done. This TV is thinner than the CU7000.

But not as much when I was streaming from the tv itself. The remote controlling aspects was a little clunk and the tv would occasionally lock up. I would have to turn it off and back on again. The 65” was a wide screen and when I was playing a video game or watching something thru my ps4 the picture was visceral! Samsung is always a solid product but this was lacking a little bit. I’m also prone to Roku. This doesn’t have Roku but you can add that to this product. Not a bad deal for the money but overall I wanted something more.

First, please make sure your TV is running with the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
