Clear image, easy to use install, and a HUGE screen! What else can I say. Navigating the menus is easy and I was watching a show within minutes of taking it out of the box!

This set is a good buy for a large room. Nice picture quality and easy to set up. I was able to take it out of the box and get it on the stand by myself. Sound quality is acceptable. Big improvement over the Samsung I am replacing, which worked well for many years.

The Samsung Crystal UHD is a great budget-friendly 4K TV for everyday use, like watching TV shows, movies, and casual gaming in a typical living room. If you're looking for the absolute best picture quality, brightness, or advanced features for competitive next-gen gaming (PS5/Xbox Series X at 120fps), you would need to step up to one of Samsung's QLED or OLED models.

I also appreciate the sleek design — it looks great mounted on the wall. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the sound quality. It’s decent for casual watching, but I expected a bit more depth and clarity at this price point. I ended up pairing it with a soundbar, which made a big difference. Still, it’s a fantastic TV overall, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a high-quality, big-screen upgrade.

Great picture. Light easy to install. Not a fan of how difficult Samsung makes using your own apps but whatever it's not that big of a deal.

I replaced mt bedroom TV, which was a TLC 55S517 I bought in 2017, for the money (about the same price as the TLC) this TV is superior in most every way (less blooming, better motion, local dimming and the speakers). The one drawback is Tizen, it is fast, and you can load all the normal apps it is just lacking in assisting you with content (I prefer Google TV then Roku interfaces). One MAJOR issue is that if Samsung servers are down, then so is your TV. On 7/31/25 they did go down and the only app I could use was Netflix, every other app returned an error. The fact that the TV needs to communicate with their servers to just load an app is ridiculous.

There's really nothing we don't like about this TV. The size is great for our large primary bedroom. All of our other TVs are Amazon smart TVs, so the Smart Tizen system is new to us. It wasn't hard to familiarize ourselves with it. We didn't set out to change from our current operating system, but the Samsung brand along with the size and price enticed us to give it a try. All in all, it's equal to the Amazon system in terms of operation. The screen display is great, very clear. I can watch it with no glasses on! If it lasts longer than 3 years, I'll be happy.

Solid TV for the price. Picture quality is sharp with good color and brightness—great for movies and casual gaming. Setup was straightforward and the interface is easy to navigate. Sound is decent but not amazing, so you might want a soundbar if you care about audio. Haven’t had any major issues so far, runs smooth and looks clean in the room. Overall, good value and I’d recommend it if you want something reliable without spending a ton.

We’ve always gotten good service out of our Samsung TV’s, so when we were shopping for a TV naturally we looked to Samsung. This model had all the features we wanted & more at a reasonable price. It was super easy to install, paired with our old Samsung sound bar flawlessly, it really has more features we haven’t used yet. We haven’t had to adjust any color or picture settings, perfect out of the box & at this picture size it’s as close as going to the movies as you get. Great job Samsung !
