    The TV itself is great. Gorgeous display. The only thing is the sound - the volume isn’t very loud. Need to use a soundbar. But the display, the apps, the ease of use - fantastic!

    This TV was easy to set up as well and the remote for my other electronics, PS5, Blue ray etc. Beautiful screen. Easy pick up as well. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

    Very clear picture quality. The tv sound is very good. I don’t need a soundbar to use at home. Can be watched in different viewing modes. Overall a great product!

    The 65 TV came with a giant dent in the front Screen. I was upset because I had to take it back to Best buy. The second TV that they gave me never turned on. I had to take that one back as well, but that one was installed on the stand so I was very upset. The third TV is working. I gave it 5 stars because they never asked me a question while I was returning the TV. I explained to them each time and they took that explanation and gave me a new one. It was all done in the same day. I guess when issues arise, you solve each problem one at a time. But it was a long day.
