Very nice tv, it’s not too heavy, it was easy to set up, and the deal I got it for was great ! I only go to Best Buy to purchase Samsung tvs and they always have someone helpful that can explain the features and differences between them all ! DJ at the mobile store helped me with this purchase and explained in detail the differences of the tvs but I do like Samsung TVs and the deal on it was very good

This is an excellent tv for the price point! Crystal clear picture and color accuracy, I spent a little time with adjusting settings to make it absolutely perfect for my viewing needs. This replaced a 12 year old 50" Samsung Plasma tv which was working fine, but starting to dim in brightness. What a difference in brightness in this new tv. The tv speakers have a nice spacial sound due to object tracking lite, but lacks some depth, which is easily corrected by adding a sound bar. I've been using Samsung products for years, from phones to tvs and have been very pleased with their quality and longevity. I hope to get many years of enjoyment from my purchase. Also, Best Buy customer service has been stellar and the free delivery is definitely a plus!

Easy to take out of the box. It gave me option to setup the TV with my phone which made it really fast for that initial start up. Picture looks great, the interface isn't as user friendly as other smart TV's, and my only complaint is that the remote has no voice functionality.

This is a perfect tv if you're looking to upgrade or replace. Bought this for my son when his tv broke during a move. Picture looks great and it's easy to use.

Its an entry level TV. Its an excellent TV for the price. That being said, HDMI soundbar has not worked yet however, the soundbar connected with bluetooth and works flawlessly. Picture quality and brightness is excellent considering the price. Refresh rate is 60 Hz and is more than enough for regular TV/movie watching. I have purchased expensive Samsing TV sets and they have not lasted more than 5-6 years. This time i decided to go with the cheapest Samsung and see how long it lasts. If you are just watching TV and movies and not playing any high resolution games, this TV is an excellent value for money.

Hreat tv for the price. Great picture as well as great sound. Very lightweight compared to my previous 65" tv. Comes with very sturdy stands for it. Highly recommend!

Once we figured out how to turn it on (not liking the remote so much — unreadable and no instructions), we are very happy with our TV. The picture and sound are great. After we 80-yr-olds finally learned how to navigate the system, we are pleased with it. Probably should have opted for operating instructions, but had fun learning how to use it and find new features.

Bought a 65” Crystal UHD TV. We enjoy watching movies and shows on it, amazing sound and picture quality. It is very easy to switch between your connected. It also has a recently viewed feature which will take you directly back to whatever input device you were on.

I purchased this TV in Store wanting a larger screen for my home. I was doing comparison shopping between this one and an LG TV. I like the features of the Samsung so it is the one I chose. After getting it setup I was very impressed with the super clear picture and the ease of connecting all my devices to the TV. The TV recognizes anything that you connect to it making it so easy to add other electronics. Great sound and picture with the Samsung quality.

Perfect size for my living room, Great Quality and bright images. The picture quality is stunning with vibrant colors and sharp details, thanks to its Crystal UHD resolution. Setup was quick and easy, and the remote control is user-friendly. Just wish the remote had voice activation.

Great price, great TV. Very easy to set up was able to drop my local cable company. Easy set up to install an outside antenna and get local ABC NBC CBS.

Picture is very sharp and crisp with no pixelation. The adaptive sound feature makes audio sound really good however you have to increase the volume which isn’t a big deal but something Samsung could focus on. Highly recommend!
