I purchased the 65" Samsung Class DU7200 Series television online and had it delivered to my home for free. It was easy to unbox. Simply slide the feet on, plug it up, follow directions and you will be watching in a matter of minutes. Awesome colors and sounds. I love it!

It was a good price for an excellent TV. It is beautiful, bright, and fast. The remote controller is compact, which took me a little longer time to get used to. In general, it is an excellent smart TV and inexpensive. I'd definitely recommend this TV.

This is the best TV ever with one exception. The remote does not have number buttons and it's very hard to navigate through the channels even if you press the numbers it won't work properly when integrated with streaming apps for example of DirecTV

The Samsung DU7200 TV is great. The picture is crystal clear, colors are vibrant, the sound is good. The 65 inch is perfect for large living room area. There is one disappointment and that is the remote. It was difficult to use at first because it's small and delicate.

Love the bigger screen -- should have gotten it earlier. I was especially pleased with the installation which was done by 2 young men, Mark & Joshus, who are employees of Mas Tec, and scheduled through Best Buy at the time of the purchase. I highly recommend that service if you aren't a techie.

Got it for a fair price. I won’t lie saying it’s the best TV ever but it does the work for the usage I have of it: TV shows, YouTube and some movies on Apple TV or Netflix. Picture is nice enough from my point of view even for the HD video scaled to 4K. Sounds is good as well. Of course, a multi channels system would complete this TV for a better experience but the original speakers are good enough for regular shows.

Simply put, this is the worst TV I've ever purchased and have 1080 panels from a decade ago that look better. Blacks aren't truly black, whites aren't truly white. Worse, there are no settings available to rectify that. Confirmed this with support. Which is too bad because the picture quality is there, it's just impossible to tweak the problems out. Settings are mostly based off of bad presets that come in two extremes: Flat and Blown Out. You have barely any control to tweak anything. But the absolute worst are the muddy blacks, closely followed by the muddy whites and they can't be tweaked, at all. "Standard" picture mode, which is the only one that looks remotely normal, runs a bit too blue. The UX design is the worst I've ever seen on any piece of electronics from a major manufacturer, in recent memory, at least. Even with nothing obstructing the front of the panel, you still have to hold the remote up above sitting head level for it to work. So, to get to the settings that you actually do have, you have to constantly two button from the remote above your head. Same for changing volume or anything else. If you use a sound bar with the ARC throughput or the internal speakers (the only two outputs I've tested), even when using the sound bar remote, there is a popup window that comes up every time you adjust the volume to tell you what sound output you are using. Not the volume level, as that might be actually something one might want to see every time one adjusts the volume, just the name of the interface. And it's on a framed window that pops up and blocks the middle lower 1/4th or so of the left side of the screen. Every time. Confirmed with support that this, also, has no settings to turn off. It's just a terrible TV for anything other than the size and the price. If you are going to mount it over a bar or something and only ever watch commercial TV on it like sports, it may be worth it as that's probably the sweet spot for this thing. But if you want to use a TV for something other than that like movies or gaming, adjust your budget and/or size requirements and get something from a better manufacturer because the picture quality just isn't suitable for that, mostly because of the inability to adjust the blacks...Faces in user created content like streaming video and podcasts tends to look washed out or blown out because of the inability to adjust the whites. It's just a bad TV in my opinion and I'm probably going to do a return and find something better. Won't be a Samsung because searches show that the volume popup window has been an unaddressed problem for years and there's no reason to look at that every time you adjust the volume.

i feel like this is a Great Tv with a great price. Use a HD source...are any device with HDMI and you will have an Amazing picture qualit, and Sound Quality.MySon and Grandchildren really love have the gaming hub and being able tou use their XBOX controllers...its' like having the best of both worlds...i would definitly purchase it again.

I’m honestly really impressed. The picture quality is incredible—everything looks super sharp and vibrant, especially with 4K content. Colors are rich and bright, and the HDR really makes a difference when watching movies or shows with a lot of detail. It’s definitely one of those TVs where you can tell the difference just by looking at it.
