    Purchased in October of 2024. It has been a good tv. I would say there have always been some quirks with it, but it has always worked reliably. The issue at hand came after sliding it to the side to do some cleaning. It has quit working. I can hear it come on but there is no display. I think these tv's are sensitive. I would be very cautious when moving these around for any reason.

      Thank you for sharing your experience with having no picture. If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues.

      1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

    It’s the best tv I have ever purchased as I have purchased at least 5 Samsung tv in the last 7 years for myself and my brother and this is the best one by far.

    This is a great TV for the price, you can't beat it! Not only do you get a great TV but you have a ton of channels with Samsung tv. More than happy I bought this product!

    Had to purchase a new tv as my old one died. The 65" Samsung was the perfect fit for the space I had available. The new tv exceeds my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

    When I needed a new television I looked no further than Best Buy because of past years of experience. They always had the products I needed for the absolute best price and I found out that they never change!!! I will be seeing you again!!

    Easy to set up and a decent picture. We did not like the remote - just too small and not intuitive - easy to push the wrong button. We liked how easy it was to move through programs and apps. Although the picture quality was okay for an 'intro-type' TV, we found it just too dark, no matter what setting we used. We ended up returning it and are thinking we may have to pay a little more for a TV to get what we would really like.

    The first TV I received had a big dent in the front, so I had to return it. The second one was in perfect condition. Love the tv. Just wish the sound was louder/clearer.

    I purchased the 65inch Samsung crystal UHD black Friday 2024. The set up was easy, pairing to the sound bar was easy and pairing to my Samsung android was easy and has been working good until now. My screen flashes on and it has sound but no picture. It had 5 stars now 0 stars
