A Solid Samsung For Gaming and Regular Television

Gaming performance is perfect with crisp colors and fast resolution. I have played Elden Ring and COD on it with zero issues. The remote and menu system need more work. The solar powered remote is a small plastic piece that feels very cheap. The menu system is challenging and Samsung overall interface is annoying. As a gaming TV or regular TV, this is well done and I am very happy with my purchase.

I was so happy with the old one that I decided to get another Samsung. It has everything on it that I need. Plus the delivery guys (Alfredo and Juan) not only delivered it on time but set it up to make sure it was working properly.

Because when you watch some movies, there's a black line on the top and the bottom, so I called them, and they gladly exchanged it and brought me the 65 inch and switched them out with no problem at all. That was really nice to have service without having to fight and argue.With somebody about it, as my car wouldn't hold the sixty five inch, one

To determine whether the issue is related to the TV itself, we recommend running a Picture Test, which displays a high-definition test image for you to examine. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
If the issue appears on all sources and during the Picture Test, the TV may require service.
