Sumsung Support Is Poor

Easy to set up and looked great for one day. The second day the TV was turned on after about one minute it started fading colors and has a bleached out appearance and colors start to fade. I called Samsung and they tried several things which did not work. They sent me a new one connect box and that did not make a change to the TV. I called back and they are suppose to offer an in home exchange. They then said they have no one in Oregon to come to our home so they offered an exchange. After one month of phone calls to Samsung, they have now said that there are no TV's available with the same model and they want to give me a refund. I would not purchase this TV again.
