Good tv - poor customer service

I have talked to Best Buy and they referred me to Samsung customer service. I have talked to them 4 times. I have sent them a copy of my receipt. I have given them the serial # from the tv. Do you think I can get the 8 screws needed to have tv stand up as it was designed to do? Haven't received them yet. Haven't heard when I might receive them. Haven't heard what else is required to get them Samsung was nice enough to suggest I go to a hardware store to get the screws.
