But we’re really happy with our purchase so far! The TV is fast, big and crystal clear. We had one issue when we first started using it that the Home button didn’t work. All it took was a call to Samsung’s excellent customer service rep who walked us through a soft reset. Worked like a charm ever since!

Excellent picture...missing one key feature for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Another excellent Samsung picture and lots of great features including the full Smart TV suite, however, this TV/Monitor no longer has the "on" time feature of older models (it will turn the TV off everyday at a certain time, but no longer can turn the TV on everyday at a certain time). If I had know this, I wouldn't have bought the TV/monitor, as I use it as a display to a PC. For use a TV, its a 4, for my purposes, its a 2, thus a 3 rating.

Love this TV

I really wanted to buy a 70" but the price difference between the 65" & 70" was a lot so I went with the smaller of the 2. I am very happy with my purchase. The picture quality is amazing & the sound is so much better than our old TV. I would highly recommend this TV.
