This TV has great picture quality and is easy to navigate the menus. It doesn't lag much and is pretty responsive when switching inputs or while using the smart apps. I am very pleased with this purchase after researching nearly a dozen TV's. For me, this was the best deal for the size and price.

Very satisfied with picture. the 30 day free subscription isn't worth the trouble to install it. I tried and tried for two weeks and could not get it to work. I don't know what slice is and don't want to know. I even had trouble ending the 30 day subscription, otherwise very happy, so far.

I could not be more happier with my new Samsung 65" 4K Ultra HD TV. my family and I enjoy watching movies and make it a family pizza night each Friday. The display and quality is AMAZING and thank you to the installation team who came out and mounted the tv on our wall above our mantel.

Purchased the "SMART" 4K HDTV mostly to view my digital phototgraphs in 4K quality. I have NOT been disappointed in any way. One of my BEST purchases of electronics of my entire life. I love the superior picture quality. And the HD TV also looks great. Even the speaker sound in awesome.

I purchased this TV as an open box item. I had been looking for 65" LED and after extensive research, I knew I did not need the latest and greatest to be happy. I am satisfied with the picture quality and the smart software and apps work well. Integration with other devices including the satellite receiver could be better explained, I would like to rename inputs. A lot happens automagically once a device is connected.

For the money it was the best buy around. I had my Sony rear projection since they came out and had no interest in an upgrade. That's until I saw this tv. If you want an affordable, dependable smart tv this one is for you.

We got this TV for our office conference room and we mainly use it to run presentations. It's perfect that purpose -- presentations show up crystal clear on the screen. (We occasionally use it to watch TV, and it's great for that, too.)

Beautiful TV for the money. My wife and I are gamers, and video games look absolutely amazing on it. All in all, it's a great 4K HD TV. If I had any complaints it would be about the sound. Even so, the sound is very nice, but it may be better with an external sound system.

Love my 65" Samsung tv. The screen shot is wonderful to watch. Just no complaints so far. So perfect for my living room and for entertaining. One thing about the purchase was the fact that BEST BUY matched COSTCO's pricing, and I didn't hesitate buying from this store.

I am a gamer so the bigger the screen, the better the picture. This picture looked so real when I plugged it in for the 1st time. Speakers are excellent on this TV as well. Definitely a great buy for a smart TV if you're in the market for one

Samsung just knows how to do things right!!! The Best Buy staff was amazing about explaining the differences( and lack thereof) Between models. This model is a great value with s superb picture quality. I paired it with the Aquos sound bar by LG. I’m in heaven

We went with the "Open Box" tv and it was perfect. We love everything about it (size, picture quality, sound and setup). I would definitely recommend giving the "Open Box" option a try. It really was Geek Squad certified to be in excellent and new condition.

I saw this TV on Sale and it does not disappoint. 65" for the price is awesome. No issues, so far. I upgraded from a 42" from 10 yrs ago and its night and day. I would definitely recommend this TV. But I do have to say that I'm not an expert on TV's.

This is our first smart TV and I'm wondering why we waited so long to buy one. Picture is great and it makes accessing all my favorite apps super easy so we can watch everything on the big screen. Already planning to add a smart TV to our bedroom...

We've owned this tv for more than three years and we have never had a problem. It's easy to navigate, has several picture options, and has worked without a flaw for the entire time we've owned it.
