Stopped working within 18 Months

It currently only plays sound. Screen is Completely dark. TV stopped connecting to Wi-Fi after two weeks. I was so busy with work and couldn’t take it back to Best Buy. So my 30 day warranty expired. Terrible TV and even worse return policy.

Backlight problem after3mo. Half of screen is dim

Setting this up for true hdr is not at all straightforward in the menus. In fact the option for hdr+ actually has nothing to do with hdr which I find quite ridiculous. After about three months the screen has a bad backlight problem and is dim on the left side. I am hoping that their warranty services will not be too painful.
