beautiful tv with a bad picture

BIGGGG! but two months in, the picture got a large black shadow over the right half and they wont fix it for free. not happy with the service, but i have always liked Samsungs.

TV Irreparably Died after 19 Months,

Bought this one for my mother-in-law only to have it die 19 months later. Luckily it was covered by the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Unfortunately That has taken a month to ultimately replace the TV (while my mother-in-law goes without a TV). The last surprise is my five year Geek Squad Protection Plan has now been cancelled after 20 months when they replace the TV per section 12C under the "Fulfillment" clause of the policy. All this makes me pause before purchasing either another Samsung TV or a Geek Squad Protection Plan.

Nice picture if show is in daylight

Complete Garbage

I don’t mean years, don’t expect to even get months out of it. Mine has broken 5 times since I’ve had it. They will not take care of you or do right by you. Mine broke the 1st time, two months after I got it. Have the screen went black. Currently it has a huge dark patch across a third of it. Good times. I guess the good thing is they’ll never burn me on a phone now.

Before the TV was even two years old the Picture B

So I’m not very happy with this TV

Started to turn on and off itself yesterday and then just stopped powering on at all. No standby. Nothing. A TV should last at least 2 years and far longer - this one did not. Very disappointed.

They wanted 250.00 dollars just to come and look at. Not counting parts. All they are worry about is selling you service contact. tv is not 2 years old
