Good, but not great..

2 year plan not enough

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with picture quality.
The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out. It is also designed with lots of custom settings, allowing users to adjust images to their liking.

STUCK WITH A $1200 PAPERWEIGHT

When the tv is off for a period of time, when it is turned back on, it flashes blue screen and the tv turns off and on until you unplug it. Called Samsung Support 3 times now and cannot get any warranty assistance at their expense. They will tell you they will send out a tech but you will be paying for it because according to them, if the tv is on and working, there is nothing wrong with it. Once they get you to unplug the tv, plug it back in and reset the tv, they will tell you they can't send out a tech to fix it because now it is working. I've done a factory reset 3 times and the problem keeps occurring. What a great way to watch television!! VERY DISSAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG TELEVISION AGAIN!!

Takes a year to turn on

Poor reliability

I now have to deal with Samsung warranty sending a tech to fix it. This product is not reliable for the money you pay. Very frustrated that this is not resolved.

Takes a bit to get used to the remote/setup but once you get it, it's easy. Standard pic/sound setting isn't the best so make sure it you adjust as needed.

The picture looks great without having 4K service from DirectTV. I was worried about only 120 motion rate, thought action might not look good, but it’s ok, doesn’t bother me. I like the remote, it’s very simple, but it feels good in my hand.
