    I'm impressed daily by this TV and I haven't even purchased a 4K player yet! It's worth every penny and I know I made a wise investment that will allow me not to purchase a new TV for years to come. I have read in previous reviews there's issues with sound, not on my TV. One thing I was very impressed with was the TV came with adapters so I can still play my Sega Genesis. My "however" is there's two parts on the bordering of the TV that I can see the inside lights coming out. The back on the right side does not fully connect to the frame of the TV (I can slightly push in and it pops back out). The inside light I can see on the back of the top of the TV between the bordering and the back is small, but it bothers me. In the front right corner I can see the same light between the screen and the border. Now, this is only when I am standing at the back of the TV and for the front when I am standing right in front of the TV, almost touching it, and looking to the right. I cannot notice this when I am enjoying my TV sitting on the couch. I was super careful setting this TV up. Maybe this is minor, but it still bothers me.

    Shadows!!

    Purchased in January 2018. Professionally installed along with the rest of our new entertainment system. Worked well for nearly four years but then a shadow appeared on both the left and right side. Started at approximately 3” and has grown to 6”. Samsung support offers suggestions but sadly no solutions. I’ve never had a TV crap out in such a short time. Disappointing.

    Value is awesome for this tv but it has its drawbacks in certain areas. The room in my house that I have this in has a lot of widows and the glare from light is horrible. Have to close the shades to watch tv during the day when sun is coming into o the room. Besides that issue the picture is great and has great functions. Menu is simple and the hub is great. Overall great value tv but definitely will be looking at the glare effect on future tv

    Best Buy consistently has the best prices on TV's, the best information and makes it easy to purchase. I was sold on Samsung several years ago. My Samsung appliances and electronics continue to perorfm without any issues. I purchased Samsung TV's for my company's Conference Rooms and Hall Monitors showing our daily production. Great product!

    Very good picture, but mutes by itself...

    We got this tv for black Friday, and it's been amazing. However, now it's been about a month and while watching tv, the sound goes completely mute. I hit the volume up and the mute option on the remote and it still has no sound. I then had to restart the tv. Not sure why this is happening but it's super inconvenient. If it wasn't for this issue it would be 5 stars.

    Samsung TV 65"

    TV suddently came up with a horizontal line in the middle of the screen just after 3 - 4 years. it costs more to repair than buy a new one!

    Don't throw your money away

    Broke after 5 days of use. Took Samsung a week to contact me about a repair. This is the second 4k tv from Samsung that has broken. I don't know what is worse, the picture on this TV or Samsung customer support. I now have a Sony 850 and it blows this TV out the water!

    I would never buy this tv again nor would I recommend getting the warrity threw best buy turned it on this morning and it keeps turning on and off by itself .we paid $2000.00 for a tv that didn't last a year.Ive been on the phone for over 3 hrs.with best buy, samsung company, And with the extra money paid out for a warrity that will send someone out to my house in a week , guess I'll read alot of books ..but wait it gets better they are only coming to see what wrong with it ..then i get to wait again for another god knows how long for another person to come out , guess I'll get to read my book some more .and maybe they will fix it or take it ....you got it , I get to read for awhile longer. next time ill buy from Wal-Mart at least they stand behind tbere customers and will exchange it...never will i buy anything from best buy.

    Unless you have this TV sitting on top of your router, it's a total waste of money. I had it professionally set up and when installer tried to show 4k content, all I got was pixelated trash. Installer said I needed stronger wi-fi. I bought a wireless extender which hashed up my home wifi but that's another story. Pixelation gone but now, any 4k show goes on for about 40 seconds and they has to rebuffer. Two hours plus to watch one episode of Cards. Plus, it won't let me switch off 4k once you've picked it. Grrrr...... Save yourself $1000 and just get regular 1080p HD. Not this dog anyway. BTW, the 4k picture when it works? Meh.

    Be Careful

    Do your research. Just purchased this tv 6/30/17 (looks great and all). All of a sudden no sound and the smart remote no longer pairs to the tv. If you turn the tv on (through the xfinity remote) there is a 15-20 second delay. I'm told the Bluetooth sensor needs to be replaced. NOT EVEN 2 months old yet and I need new parts.
