First TV was defective. Second TV worked fine. I was unhappy that a Best Buy employee made a promise regarding delivery of second TV that could not be kept. All is OK now.

The staff at Best Buy made this process easy with their knowledge with to product.

Major upgrade from my old 55” Samsung. The sound bar integration is excellent too.

This TV is incredible! We watched a movie that was broadcast on a regular channel and the quality of the picture was amazing. We had seen this movie before on Blue Ray with a 1080P TV, and the quality was noticeable better with this TV. Well worth the purchase!

I needed to upgrade my tv as it was 10 years old. We did some research on what I wanted and this tv met those guidelines. It was easy to set up and easy to learn to use the remote. The picture quality is amazing. I highly recommend this smart tv!

Its a good tv a little overpriced. Only a couple things I don't like about it which are 1 the HDMI jacks are not built into the tv has a connected box that has 4 HDMI ports 2nd. The screen goes black for a couple seconds the back to normal Idk if its something in the settings or not which I thought was odd. Other than that picture quality is great sound it great. Other than the few issues its a good tv

I love my Samsung tv. I use a cloud in my home. The tv integrate will with my pictures and movies from the cloud. The picture quality is the best I’ve seen. All the tv I own are Samsung, I have never any problems with theme. Would recommend for any one

I went back and forth with this tv purchase. I was educated on this particular tv and a cheaper tv. I must say I love watching it. I love the smart apps that come on it because I no longer have to use my phone to link My Apple TV. The resolution is awesome.

This TV has been hanging on our wall for 2 + years now. Not a glitch, not a problem, not ever. Beautiful picture quality. I would buy again in a heartbeat, we will be going for 80 inch or better next time.

This is a great TV. The only draw back is that I needed to move my chair back a few feet so I wasn’t having to move my head back and forth to see the whole screen, just kidding, but the screen is hugh and the pic is wonderful, even in plain old HD.

Bought samsung tv and had geek squad come and set it up. They did great job!!!

I had a great experience in-store with an associate that explained which TVs were entry level and which were higher end. I didn’t know what I was missing until I got this tv. Fantastic picture and easy access to my Netflix and Amazon Videos.

Great for watching sports, especially football. The UHD allows less lag time.

Great looking all features work well and ties right in with my samsung phone!
