The picture is amazing, it is the best tv in my house, in fact, i try not to watch the other tv's in my house because when i do, it seems that i am doing my self a disservice for not watching a show that i would spend hours on (that i can be doing something else) the best picture possible in my home. every show and movie is up-scaled immensely. if you have a samsung phone like i do, then you should own a samsung smart tv. because of this tv, i need to upgrade my other tvs to keep the best picture quality throughout my house.

Love the true colors and the dynamic sound connection gave a whole new level of production from my surround system. Outstanding purchase!!

We haven't bought a new tv in a long time and wanted a 4K tv. This tv was so eay to set up and has the picture I have ever seen. Love it!

So, I finally decided to upgrade to a 4K television after leaving my older 1080p plasma and led televisions behind during a move. I have previously on Samsung TVs and have always been impressed, and as such, decided to stick with the same manufacturer. A buddy of mine had this very same television (last year's iteration) and had nothing but great things to say. I'm somewhat of a research geek and did a little research on consumer reports which rated this television as a "Best Buy". Right out of the box, set up was very easy. I was connected to Wi-Fi and had Netflix streaming in 4k within 5 minutes of set up. Personally, I found that the "dynamic" color setting was most pleasing to the eye ( noting that this TV also has Utra HDR capability). The picture quality was very impressive when streaming the intro to "Bloodline" in 4k . Black levels were pretty good but not the most impressive I've seen and the sound is actually pretty good utilizing the "optimized" setting. I've had a couple of instances when the sound was abnormally low after messing around with the settings. Not really sure why this happened; however, it ultimately required me exiting the app and turning the power off to restore things to normal. The remote is very simple to use ( which I very much appreciate!) and works flawlessly. The "home" button brings up the source, settings, and apps menu at the bottom of the screen instantaneously. All in all, I'm a happy customer after about 2 weeks of use. I'll post an update later on if things change. You almost can't go wrong with a Samsung smart tv...Tip: Remember to use newer HDMI cables which support 4K as some of the older HDMI cables will result in image degradation.

Can't get over the picture quality that this large tv puts out. So easy to hook-up and much lighter than previous models. A great buy!

First Day I was Pleased with my purchase. It looked good on my XBOX 1X and on 4k Netflix..... I wasn't Blown Away. I am coming from a 2010 Sharp 1080p 60" TV..... I had high expectations and this tv met them but I expected better picture and HDR. On day 2 of having the TV, the Screen went to a SUPER FADED Blocking look with 6 Large Streaks in the front. I rebooted tv... It would be fine for a minute or 2 and then Pop Back into looking Horrible. I unplugged all devices around it, and removed and reinstalled the Smart Hub..... Still Screen looks normal for a minute and then goes to Super Faded With Very Big Lines. I am returning the TV tomorrow, I am so irritated that Samsung would allow a $1500 + tv to be on the market with bad motherboards.... This is what I am taking from other users issues. With my recent experience with Samsung Support with my Cell Phone, I bought from Best Buy, 1 month later top portion of the screen stopped working. I am no longer buying Samsung products. Crossing my finger that Best Buy doesn't give me any issues returning this tv for the Sony Similar Model...... Samsung Has now lost me as a Customer.... Switched to a Google Pixel 2 Phone and Now to a Sony TV.

65 inch 4k is like having your own theater without leaving my recliner, except for more popcorn. New features are very easy to use.

I am very happy with this purchase! I went to the store and bought 3 other TVs and returned them before I settled on this bad boy! Believe the reviews! I got mine during the Black Friday weekend so I also got it at a great price! I have been buying Samsungs for the last 10 years and I am very impressed with their products. My experience has definitely been what you see is what you get when you go in the Best Buy to view them. I could not be more happier! This one will definitely not be going back!! Get one!!

We had a Samsung flat screen TV for 10 years! Sadly, the picture started to mess up. Considering how well it lasted, we definitely wanted another Samsung. After reading review, we decided on going with the Samsung - 65" Class (64.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range. The picture is great quality and the TV looks sleek and modern. Thrilled with the purchase!!! Best Buy employees went out of their way to match the price to a competitor and provided excellent customer service.

After checking extensive reviews, i decided this was the unit for me. I'm not a total home theatre wacko, but i want to get what im paying for. This set delivers the goods for half the price of the LG Oled...yeah, sure... there are minute differences in picture quality...ala black levels...but the Oled can't track a Derek Carr pass consistently. (refresh rate) Setup is a breeze & this unit will switch between inputs using its remote flawlessly.... get this set @ the $1500 point i paid & you wont be sorry....

This 4K tv has a great display compared to the 6 series 4K TVs. We looked at them side by side and it’s worth the difference in price. The picture is really bright and the fast motion refresh of this tv shows no motion blur in high action movies and games on the Playstation 4. I can’t brag enough on the quality of the speakers on this tv. They are comparable in surround quality and bass of my surround sound system which is pretty high end. Honestly when playing games the sound quality is just as good and it gets loud. The smart aspect of this tv is great from the availability of apps already installed on the tv to the easy to use interface. Another great feature of this tv is the box it comes with that has 4 HDMI ports and several other connections that you plug into the tv which minimizes having a bunch of cords hanging from your tv. Another thing I didn’t know about this tv when I bought it is that is has voice control which works great. From powering off, to changing channels, and it will open any app you want. It’s even smart enough to switch to the input if you say Playstation. It isn’t on all the time, it is activated by pushing the voice button on the tv.
