Smart apps occasionally freeze (Netflicks and Amazon Prime), just unplug TV power for a minute or so to reset and then they work again.

Good, some kinks

Quality and sound are incredible. Difficult to mount simply because so heavy and glass screen extends to outer edge.

I was expecting a better picture than what I have.
