This is my 6th Samsung TV and by far is the best. This TV replaced a 9 year old Samsung 55" and even though it was a good TV, this new 65" Ultra HD is a big step up. The only con was that even though this s a smart TV, I had to add a Roku device to access Sling TV. Great TV for the price. It was actually less expensive than the 55" I bought 9 years ago.

I love this TV and it is truly premium compared to the budget TV's. Overall the look and the TV Software is very fast and reliable experience. The smart remote is little difficult to operate (like using a PS4 controller). The TV audio is very load than my Samsung sound bar and quality of the video is good if you have proper quality video is streamed.

Great picture, easy set-up, lacking some customization options. Access to settings should take fewer steps. No ability to set time limits for kids.

I’ve had 2 Samsung TVs, this replaced my Panasonic VT50 65 inch. My first a 1080p 55 inch is boardless and still has a fantastic picture 7 years later. This 4K TV is flawless, one of the best responses for gaming. If your into picture quality, gaming performance this is for you.

This is not my first Samsung television. I had to sell mine when I moved to Arizona so I was extremely pleased I was able to get a new Samsung at Best Buy. This time I picked a 65" and am loving the picture quality. I had an excellent salesman and he explained the differences between the different brands and models. Good job Best Buy and thank you!

Didn’t plan on buying this large or quality tv, but open box 65” Samsung m8000 was not much more than smaller & much inferior TVs. Appeared brand new, and the 4K and magic remote are awesome! Ordered Soundbar/woofer and rear speakers & cant wait to get it set up. We LOVE this tv, and have NEVER been sorry purchasing opened box items from Best Buy!

Look, I love the tv, it really is amazing, but when watching something that is low quality, you'll think your TV is broken because the quality looks bad. Now, when you watch high quality stuff, it looks amazing!! But you'll notice that difference, and it's stark. Just wish it wasn't so extreme when the TV displayed the different quality shows, etc. But, it's a great tv and I wouldn't go back. Also, I like the dynamic setting more than the movie setting.. online it says the movie setting is better? But from what I've seen so far, dynamic or bust!

WOW this tv is great! Thought it might be too big for our space. Took a Day to say oh no! It’s like being in a movie theater. The picture was Great right out of the box. If you can afford the price it’s a great Purchase. It was the newest model, so we paid more than last years Would have been. But no regrets. The picture is unbelievable.

Very happy with the picture ease of setup and easy to operate

I purchased the Samsung 8000 series as my old DLP tv had a short that could not be repaired. I wanted the 9000 series, but the delivery dates kept being pushed back. The 8000 series is very good picture for movies and videos. Lifelike colors and contrast. I can walk around the corner of the room and it looks like you can walk right into the picture on the TV. The 9000 series is a little better on black contrast, but it was $300 more. I was renting a 6000 series and decided to go with the 8000 series rather than continue renting a lesser TV. I use this TV with my Dish Network, streaming video and DVD movies. I would recommend this to anyone. Do the due diligence and read reviews. There are a lot of good TV's out, but I think this Samsung fills our needs for today and the future.

The TV itself is beautiful and the Geek Squad went above and beyond the call of duty to set it up and connect everything to it. They were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, nothing they or I did can get the TV to keep connecting to the wifi and thus to allow our Netflix subscription to work with it. This despite the fact that the other older Samsung TV in our home, which is further away from the router, connects just fine. I have emailed our Geek Squad guy, but his suggestion still did not work. I read on the web that others have similar problems with this Samsung model. The instruction book is over 300 pages on the web, and I am not sure how to get help.

Love the big new size of the screen. Easy to mount on wall.
