Amazing color depth and picture Good blacks 120HZ Refresh Rate The cable management is top-notch (also plenty of HDMI inputs) Very simple, intuitive remote control design (also has voice control) Excellent Viewing angle (still able to see picture from side angles quite clearly) Sound Quality for onboard speakers is actually pretty decent, crisp, clear and volume definitely has some range (and was told they are not that great, which does not seem to be the case) Overall Excellent Build Quality Have not yet tested with Ultra HD/4K movies, but regular Blu-ray movies look awesome Also keep in mind not all the ports on the TV itself, but rather a "One Connect Box." For myself, this is better for cable management, but for others possibly not.

I am really impressed with every aspect of this tv. Including the sound. I bought the cheap bose sound bar to go with it and I find myself still just using the speakers from the tv. The smart tv features are easy to use. The remote was tough to get used to at first but it does its job. Reliable tv. I really am glad we bought it!

The tv was easy to setup and program, just follow the onscreen prompts. We were excited about the "smart remote" because it looked simple without a lot of buttons, but it has proved to be challenging to us. The TV's responsiveness to the push of a button on the remote is sluggish, not sure if that is a result of a poor internet connection or what, batteries are new so it shouldn't be that. The tv does not change channels quickly, there is a delay between channels that is frustrating. The picture quality is great and the app features are great, just wish we could get the remote to work more efficient for us.

We feel that Samsung has the best balance of performance and features. This set has the very best picture quality of any set that we shopped. This is an 8000 series and so we got a great price of less than one quarter the cost of the new "Q" level sets. Watching movies at home we have a better screen picture than at the movies.
