This tv is the Samsung picture quality expected without upgrading to the QLED. Easy to set up and connect to WiFi. However, the apps os leaves a lot to be desired — can’t stream Facebook video. Have to use a Firestick. Overall it’s a nice tv.

Picture is very clear and sharp. Setup was easy. We use surround system so cannot comment on tv sound. So far there are no negatives.

After comparing this [articular TV against a Sony that had the same features, and a slightly larger Vizio, I'm glad to have picked this TV. The full HDR 10 works amazing with my Xbox one X and PS4 Pro. Colors are mind blowing to say the least. I have yet to honestly discover any downside to this TV. All the features are easily accessible and everything hooks up easily. After coming from a 5 year old 55 inch 1080p RCA, this is beyond what I expected. Having it be on sale was an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

The apps on the tv are great. The remote is fantastic. It’s really sleek.

Upgraded to this TV and we were super thrilled about it. Setup was fairly simple. We ended up having it mounted into our wall because with little kids we didnt want anything ruined. I like that the hdmi box is separate so we can hide it below so they're aren't tons of cords everywhere. The picture quality is amazing. Crystal clear and no lag. My only issue though is the sound. We have reset it multiple times and with the same result. Itll be fine one minute and then almost go fuzzy for about 10-15 seconds then back to normal. Odd. Best buy was no help with it and we even bought a extended warranty. And Samsung wants us to ship our TV to them... I feel like quite a few things could go wrong there. Anyways I wish that issue could be fixed and it would be the perfect TV.

Great picture quality and it is very easy to navigate. We also really like the one connect for all of our streaming/gaming devices!

It was a simple installation and a perfect size for my room. Great picture and easy to use. My wife enjoys the easy access to Netflix.

I'm happy I bought this tv but I'm even happier that I bought an Xbox to go with this tv. Without the game system to access the wifi, the tv is not so much a "smart" tv. It constantly is losing the signal and it is the only device I own that has ever had this problem. To fix this I have to unplug rhe tv from the wall for a few minutes and re-sign into my network. If I didn't have the xbox to rely on, I'd have to do this at least 3x a week. It's really annoying but the picture and sound is such a great quality that I forgive it's lack of smart options. But sometimes I don't want to rely so heavily on the xbox to stream. The xbox runs too hot sometimes and that's concerning too. So I'd give this tv a high 5 stars if there wasn't a connectivity issue, otherwise it's on the very low end of 4 stars.
