Great TV. Coming off a nice Sony 52", I wanted something nice. Sits in a bright 24x24 Family room. Great color and clarity. Bright day or night. Good contrast, picture jumps out at you. Nice off angel too. Did real lot of homework, checking all the little specs on various models... Settled on this one for good features and great price. $1299.99. Style with ultra thin clean bezel huge, like a big Samsung Smartphone. Sound very good, clarity top shelf,bright and clear, handles Hockey and Football very well. Packaging clean and simple sits on TV stand, looks fantastic. I am very particular on my Tech Purchases and this one will not disappoint. Highly recommend. Thank you

This was a big upgrade for us. The picture quality is outstanding, the convenience of the connect one box with its ability to hide cables and the simple, but effective, remote make this a great purchase, especially at the Black Friday sale price.

This tv has incredible picture quality. You feel like you’re right in the middle of all the action. You can view at all all angles and not miss a thing. The remote is something out of this world! Controls everything that I’ve connected to the tv.

This TV has great picture quality and even the sound is great before we even had our sound system hooked up. It was the easiest set up of any TV I've ever had. Very user friendly. After I told my parents about this TV they went and bought one.

I'm a lucky husband, because my wife suggested upgrading our purchase to this one. We were looking at the 6000 series, but the salesperson told us that it was the last model without HDR. Since this is a purchase that has to last a long time, we started looking at the 7000 series. After a little comparison shopping, we decided to go with the 8000 series since it was only $200 more than the 7000 series. We are very pleased and have had lots of positive comments from friends and family. The display on this tv is deep and rich. Set up was pretty much effortless. However, the connector box idea is a little weird. We mounted the tv on the wall in place of a 55" with the connector box just laying on the framing of the wall mount. Because it doesn't have much of a bezel, the tv was actually only about 5 wider than the 55" tv it replaced.

I went to Best Buy looking for a 6000 series, since it was under $1k. I had already done a lot of research and I knew that it would be worth the money. After seeing the options I settled on this one. It was a bit more money, but motion blur, black, and overall picture quality were worth spending a bit more for. I couldn't be happier. It auto-recognized all of my devices, the remote lets you speak what you want to see, the black is amazing, and even the built-in sound is more than enough for most people. Great TV at a great price.

We purchased this TV to replace our 8 year old 52" TV that had decided we should only see the color green. A lot has changed in TV's since we last purchased one. We opted for a larger TV, and the picture is super sharp and crisp. What sold us on the TV at the store is what I call the "cat box". Our kitten had been chewing all the cords behind our old TV so we'd had to replace several device cords. This TV has a small box, about the size of a large remote, that all of your components hook into so you don't have a mess of cords behind the TV. This means all the competent cords can live inside our TV stand with the components. Only two cords come out of the TV, and they go through one of the TV legs, then into the back of the TV stand. It's fantastic. We use a power strip, so we also put that into the TV stand. We only have 3 cords (well 4 if you count the two going from the TV) now behind the TV (the two TV cords, the power strip cord, and the cable cord). I covered those with pipe insulation, and bingo, we are now cat proof. If you don't have cable don't despair, apparently this TV can connect directly to your computer (we don't do that, so don't ask me how). Our TV watching cat loves this TV and she sits in front of it, apparently the picture is very lifelike to her. The cord eating cat hates it because now he has no more tasty cords to munch. A huge bonus is the remote has a voice function so you can tell it what channel to go to and it changes automatically. For our vision impaired family member, this is a great! I read reviews online about similar TV's and people didn't like the remote. I completely disagree. This remote is really easy to use, and the learning curve isn't difficult. The remote is a true smart remote, so it will run all your devices. The only negatives is that for my DVD player, if it's gone off, I have to turn it on manually, and it won't always go straight to the menu of the DVD. However, this is minor. I love having only one remote rather than 4 sitting around. A lot of common apps (like Amazon Fire TV) are built in, so you don't need external devices for those, so we also cleaned up the TV cabinet. I really love this TV and it is truly the best TV I've ever owned. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I purchased this TV the week of Thanksgiving and I'm loving it. After some tweaking to the picture I was quite impressed and 4K Blu Ray movies look stunning. I don't really have any issues and this is my last LED TV. OLED is the future.

This tv is very beautiful. The picture is extremely clear and clean. This tv has so many features. Quick set-up. The One remote device is easy to use but does initially take some getting use too. I would definitely recommend this one!

I had a Sony xbr850d that didn’t last a year, Best Buy warranted it for me and I was able to trade up to a real performer. Awesome depth and clarity. Awesome remote and love the hdmi hub not being connected to the tv central board.

Fantastic picture and easy to set up. The remote is supposed to be universal but does not work with my Kilpsch sound bar which i guess is a brand of sound bar they dont support.

Image is so clear it looks i am in the same room as the people in the screen. I haven't fully explored all the features and functions but it looks great so far. Super simple setup, nice to have all connected to the OneConnect box.

Looks fantastic above my fireplace. Great picture and love the easy streaming ability. Easy setup and the best picture of any TV I’ve ever had. I replaced my old 50 inch Panasonic plasma from 2006. I should have done it years ago.

The Samsung 8000 series has great picture quality. User Friendly and easy to set up. I would highly recommend. Great television for a great price. The Best Buy assosiciate was knowledgeable, professionally and extremely helpful!

Usually not a brand loyal but I love Samsung products. Had a samsung t.v. that I bought over 10 years and still is great. So this time as with previous statement decided to buy a different brand at a low cost. DID NOT COMPARE! I returned it immediately and bought this t.v. As the sales person at the store stated "I would not be disappointed", and I wasn't. Picture quality and sound is excellent. I really like the box that attaches all the equipment, which means there is only one wire running to the t.v. that makes it easier to hide wires. Only disappointment is that I wish the wire was longer. The online products and apps are great! Again only disappointment is they could allow you to be able to download from the google play store with apps like playstation vue, which I use.

I have to say this is one of the best TV’s I’ve owned. The setup was extremely simple and the picture is so sharp, bright and the blacks are insane. I highly recommend this TV to anyone especially in the price range it’s at!!!

This TV is everything it is advertised to be. I couldn't be more pleased with the picture quality and ease of setup. When I turned it on, it did everything by itself once I accepted the connection to my Samsung smart phone.

I read a bunch of reviews, trying to decide on which 65" TV I should put in my house, and this one hit everything I was looking for. 4k, HDR, good price, fantastic quality, Samsung, on sale...I'm very happy with my purchase!

I have been researching 4K's for a year. Narrowed it down between this and the Sony. I ultimately decided on the Samsung and have been very pleased. The picture quality is stunning. Paired it with the Samsung 4K player. Movies look great. Been playing around with some 4K content on YouTube. Wow. Great picture. Easy set up. Smart features work great. Debated between the 65 and 75 inch. Decided not to spend the extra $1,000. I was worried about the upscaling and how sports would look. I have Direct TV. The upscaling is better than I anticipated. Sports upscaled look great! No judder. No screen door. I updated from a 57 inch Mitsubishi DLP tv. Picture was with great but wanted a larger screen and 4K. Friends a re amazed at the picture. I would recommend this product.

The picture is truly amazing with the 4K HD and with the 240 ghz refresh rating sports have been clear with no lag. I am also impressed with the sound of the tv and love the ease of use of the remote along with my appleTV
