I looked at different televisions before I purchased this tv and this television was the one that stood out from all of them. The slick and clean finish it has around the tv and the picture is awesome in 4K. It’s crisp, sharp and nice color. The price was also good in comparison to the rest of the televisions.

Awesome interface love the remote and pic quality. Geek squad did struggle to get it all synced with 4k player and sound bar. It lost all of its connections for some reason. I love the TV so I hope that it syncs better when I do it again. Great picture can't wait to see a movie on it and heart the 3.1 sound bar and sub woofer rock the househouse

The TV is great!, the stand is the only dad thing as the TV wabbles verry easily and it could break the stand with a small or medium earthquake. It's best that you mount the TV into the wall otherwise it's not safe like the two legged stand post's on each side wich makes it very sturdy. Over all, its a great tv, the stand is the only issue.

I spent a bit of time reading reviews before deciding to purchase this 65in Samsung MU9000 4k television. I'm now not sure if I have made the right choice. I wanted to avoid having any mishaps with purchase and installation, so I even sprang to have BestBuy Geek Squad come out and Install/Mount it for me. I would be taking a day off of work for delivery/install, so wanted to get it all right the first time. Geek Squad was great btw. However I cannot say the same about this television. I have two other Samsung tv's in my home along with Samsung cell phones, so figured why not Samsung has not let me down before. I made my purchase online at bestbuy.com. Selected the delivery date with installation and mount options. I also went in and spoke with someone from Geek Squad b/c I wanted to make sure I had everything in advance. I then purchased the in wall power extension at that time. The Wall Mount was previously purchased. So I was ready had everything I needed and delivery set. Geek squad showed up right on time. They did a fantastic job with installation and clean up. Turned on the tv and there it was a horizontal line going across the screen. The installer noticed it as well and called the store which he picked it up from and they had another in stock. He removed the tv from the mount and packed it up and headed to the store to pick up a replacement tv. An hour and half later he's back. Got it installed and working great for the first night. The next day I get home from work and do my eyes deceive me there it is now this time a vertical and horizontal line across the screen. Since I purchased this online I called Best Buy/Geek Squad. Now they have to schedule a day for a tech to come out and troubleshoot/view the tv. Managed to get a tech out on a day I was home. He spent all of 5 min in my home and said yep this is a bad display once again. He just needed to make sure it wasn't any physical damage where something had hit the screen. I then had to call Best Buy back and report that it was indeed a bad display and a tech looked at it and I would need another replacement. I now have another delivery schedule for tomorrow 9/6/17..yet another day missed from work. I've seen two of these 65in MU9000 tv's with bad displays within 3 days time. I do not feel that I can recommend this tv to anyone until proven otherwise. I have lost the confidence that I previously had with Samsung. I feel as though Samsung or Bestbuy should offer an extended Warranty seeing as though I have now been sold two bad televisions. The installer himself told me sure it happens and that he would see this on occasion with all the brands, but I have now seen it twice with same make/model within a 3 day time span. I'm worried this television won't last me for years to come as my previous one of 13yrs had. Highly disappointed Pics included

Very nice tv. Bought this for a new home. Sacrificed size for the quality and it looks great combined it with the Samsung sound bar and roku system. The roku is nice for its flexibility with the built in tv apps. Geek squad installed

This picture on the TV is so clear and buying the sound bar was an added bonus is now I can hear much clearer along with seeing an amazing picture

Thought about QLED or OLED but QLED is too new and unproven technology in my limited opinion. OLED finally fix issues with their OLED TV from what I’ve heard. Then I thought why not go with a top of the line proven LED TV in the MU9000 model with a 120mhz refresh rate. QLED and OLED both have 60mhz refresh rate. I’ve heard from Best Buy associates that MU9000 has about 85% of the quality of QLED7 and to me I can’t tell the difference. I am more than happy with my TV so far!

Amazing quality from looks to clarity of video. I did a lot of research before buying this tv and for the price was the best I could find. I could not be happier with this tv. So Beautiful!

Beautiful, sharp imagery has brought the fun back to our TV watching. In combination with the newer Roku we also purchased, they help us stay current with binge watching, as well!

We were looking to replace our 52” flat screen with an LED and knew the Samsung would be the way to go. The picture is amazing and the installation was a breeze.

This is a great TV. It was a display TV and got it for a great price. Came with the One Connect and I love it. So happy I found this when we did

6 months after buying this the screen started to flicker. I called customer support to get it fixed and all they did was give me the run around with changing setting, resetting the tv, and updating the software. After I did all of that they finally sent technicians to replace to computer on it but had difficultly opening the tv. Didn't even know how to take the stand off. Once they worked on it I asked if I would have this problem again and they said no but here I am having that very same problem 4 months after the warranty expired. I recommend people not to buy Samsung tvs, under the warranty they get nothing fixed. I have read reviews that LG and Sony tvs have better picture and better quality tvs. It's funny to read Samsung's responses. If you read between the lines all they are saying is sorry for selling you a faulty tv we, won't resolve the problem but feel free to contact customer support. That way we can charge you to fix your tv since we couldn't under warranty. Samsung warranty is useless.

I love my 65 inch Samgsung 4K UHDTV. This is the best tv ive ever owned. Stunning picture quality. This TV is exceptional. Images in 4K are incredible and almost look 3D. Fanily and friends have commented on how good this TV is! I paired this with a home theatre sound system. Why go to the movies when I get better picture and sound quality here at home? I give this TV an A+

This TV is so pretty. The colors are absolutely amazing and we have not regretted it for a second since we bought it. The size fits well for our living room and is not overbearing. The picture quality is stellar. We have had no problems. I really even enjoy the small remote that is simple and effective that came with it. We love watching football but even more so now because it's like you're ALMOST at the game because the picture quality is so good and I say Almost because you don't have the crowd energy the in person game provides. My husband even enjoys watching Disney movies on it with my daughter because the picture is so good.

I was unhappy with my vizio e65 and a best buy assosciate talked me into samsung. They had a great open box deal on this MU9000. I'm pretty picky when it comes to tv's, especially when spending over $1500. This displays HD cable ok, nothing spectacular. Bluray movies look fantastic, and 4k movies are downright spectacular. Out of the box, the picture settings are very flat so watch some calibration videos on YouTube, cuz they need some playing with to really bring out the color of this display. Most ppl will be dazzled by the color and smooth motion, I can pick out some vertical blooming around bright objects against dark backgrounds, think of star wars, seeing the death star against a starfield. Being an edge lit tv, a scene like this tends to wash out the blacks a bit. But again, I'm picky and notice these things that most ppl would not. Otherwise, movies are great, streaming HD on Netflix looks great. Last but not least, this tv is amazingly think. Like ridiculous, half as as thick as my thumb, looks fantastic on a wall, and the one connect box makes plugging devices in very clean and free of messes. I've noticed that my xbox likes to turn off or on by itself aometimes, so I had to disconnect the anynet+, which is a feature samsung likes to brag about, but I have just. found annoying. I also have a sound bar plugged in via the optical cable and the t.v. does not control the volume, so thats annoying, but I bought it for the picture quality. There are better performing tv's out there like the sony x900e, but I got a great deal on this and I'm happy with it.
