picture quality is great, set up was easy. Nothing to complain about

I chose this tv after returning an lg oled tv. The oled was very dark and i was very disappointed with it. Dont get caught up with the way they try to sell you on the deep blacks. You cant see black! This samsung is an instantly gratifying tv. Its located in a room with a ton of windows and the brightness and color are amazing. It produces a sharp highly contrasting picture. I am very happy with it!

We researched a number of TVs before deciding on this one. Besides the cool features, awesome picture quality, etc the thing that sealed the deal on the 900 series for us? The anti-glare screen! It's a feature that hasn't gotten much mention on the website, but when the salesman showed us the difference between the 800 and 900 series in the store, we were sold. We have our TV mounted above the fireplace in a room that has a LOT of natural light and the glare on the old plasma tv was an issue. It's now GONE. No more reflections of the patio door or the kitchen lights in the TV! The remote control is super intuitive also - it recognized our XBox One, our Firestick, and ATT U-verse. Love it!!! Highly recommend!

I’ve been holding off on buying a TV for a couple of years now and I’m glad I did. There are so many 4K TV options now that I couldn’t pass it up this year. I chose this model due to the quality and reviews I’ve read. The picture is amazing and it was worth the extra $$ for the 9 series. Highly recommend it!

Great picture, but base is not stable. Believe designers must have overruled the engineers and product safety depts. - would not recommend if a small child is in the house unless wall mounted. Too tipsy. Also tv disconnects from source for no reason. Have to restart tv to reconnect numerous times in an evening. Still seeking a solution with local B.B.

The picture is awesome in dynamic mode. Very bright and clear. Somewhat dim in energy saver. The stand is quite interesting and needs some space on the stand. Did not mount on a wall.

I reviewed a number of UHD 4K TVs before deciding to purchase this one. Delivery was prompt and used the professional installers which did an excellent job with set up and explaining the operation of the TV very well. It's early yet, but so far we are very satisfied with it performance.

I was looking at lower priced TVs to replace my 60" Vizio that suddenly died, but Best Buy gave me a price match on a 65" Samsung MU9000 TV, saving me HUNDREDS of dollars over the SALE price listed on their site. I couldn't pass it up! The TV required some minor calibration changes that I got from the internet, but once done, the picture quality is excellent from FIOS. I do have a minor issue with glare, but nothing I can't live with. I haven't tried to stream 4K / HDR content yet, but I expect that I will not be disappointed. I may eventually buy a sound bar, but honestly I have no issue with the sound quality. Thanks Best Buy!

This was our first large size screen TV purchase. We are pleased with everything except for the need of separate remotes required to operate the TV and Samsung sound bar....too many remotes. It would be great if Samsung could combine into one as there is also a separate remote for our Samsung Blu-ray and Direct TV. We had the Geek squad install everything and that went well. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

Tv has great vivid colors. The 4K details appear better than my last sony.

Was all set to purchase 65" top line Sony until a very knowledgeable salesman asked if I had considered the 9 series Samsung. Went over the differences and while it was a couple hundred dollars more went with it. Very happy we did.

I've only owned one other Samsung TV and it was over 10 years old when I upgraded to this 4K TV. The difference is amazing. I researched TV's for about a year before I bought this one, and it does not disappoint. 4K is crystal clear with no screen tearing on fast scenes. The upconversion from 1080 is also great. The blacks are deep and dark where they're supposed to be, so you see much more detail on night scenes than my old 1080 TV. Overall great purchase!

We absolutely love our new TV. The picture is crystal clear and we love the fact that we can watch Netflix and view the internet.

This is one of the best 4k tv's in the market. Color is great, picture is clear. If you are looking for a great 4k tv and not ready to make the jump to OLED (or one of those technologies) - look no further!

Picture is magnificent. Built in apps allow for direct connect without a plug in such as Chromecast or Fire stick. Looking forward to adding the ATMOS sound system and getting rid of my old Bose system.

The picture quality is unbelievable. Love the series 9000. The salesperson showed us an 8000 series next to the 9000 picture and it was noticeable. The 4KUHD is like every show is live in a studio. .
