    Mounting tv

    I gave this tv 3 stars because although it’s a great tv and the image is beautiful, my family and I were very disappointed when putting it up on the wall. When we chose to get this tv they did not have any on display but the guy helping us reassured us that it was a thin tv. Which it is from the top, but from the middle down it was thicker. On top of that, that tv was rounded not flat. So it was lifted from the bottom portion and was basically facing the ceiling. This was very upsetting because we loved the tv but could do nothing about the thickness and rounded aspect of it to make it look good on the wall. If you want the tv to go mounted on your wall, I would not suggest getting this one.

    Good TV, but not a good smart TV

    The picture is nice but DON'T buy this if you intend to use Hulu Live TV. Hulu Live is only available on the 8 and 9 series TVs for Samsung. To me, the point of a smart TV is so that you can succeed as a cord cutter and use the subscription services you have with ease. This is NOT easy on this TV. And the Best Buy employees did not bother to tell us that after we let them know we don't have cable and plan to use Hulu Live. We still have to use our Fire TV with this ... so what's the point? We will be returning.

    Great video quality, but weird HDMI Connect setup

    Its a big jump in terms of previous TV which was a sharp 4k. The 120 refresh rate shows a palpable difference in quality. But recently I have weird experiences with video getting blurry and HDMI not capturing laptop when the laptop itself acknowledges that something is connecting to it. It has been good overall but has left things to desire.

    I paid about $800 for this TV. Picture quality is amazing, but the remote and TV have a 1-4 second latency. Changing the source and clicking through apps is a pain, its like the TV has lag. When you think you didn't press the button hard enough it then skips 2 to 3 times through the apps. Should be better for the price paid.

    Good picture quality and sound is decent. Cool features and easy to connect with any Samsung phone. Only reason I didn’t give more stars is because my wife was unable to connect to it at all with her iPhone. The app wouldn’t work with her phone or MacBook. Otherwise it is a great tv for what we got it for.

    I didnt know I had to make sure a 2018 TV had more than 2 hdmi ports or even Bluetooth for that matter.Whoever designed this model is a straight TARD..I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING RETURNING THIS ..

    Paid a good price for this TV it was not a hard and style but the only thing is that I cannot find an app on my phone for it to use it
