I researched for 6 months I knew I wanted a Samsung product as I have a three year old one I have enjoyed. 2017 or wait for 2018 ? This product is every way what I expected and more.

Great TV. I have it wall mounted in a room with a lot of windows, and can still see everything in full 4k HDR glory without any issues. Black levels aren't quite what my OLED TV has, but are still some of the best I've witnessed

The picture and form of this TV is great. However it has had many issues ranging from picture flickering to becoming completely unusable. I have the protection plan however that has not been much help since it takes more than a week to have a technician come out, and they have never been able to (or even attempted) to fix it on the first visit. Seems they just want to come out to see if what I said was happening was really happening. Then they have to order parts which takes an indefinite amount of time, schedule another several appointments to fix it. This was one of the earlier "one connect" devices and the engineering quality clearly wasn't ready yet. I'd recommend getting a newer one or a different brand until they figure this out.

Excellent picture. TV was crooked on the stand. Samsung sent a new stand.

The picture quality is excellent. The sound quality it's the best ever.

The 65 inch screen makes It seem like I am at the movies.

I moved from the Note 8 to 9 for the loner battery life. There was no learning curve between the two phones. Everything moved and updated flawlessly and I was up and using the phone within 30 minutes. Love the display and speed.

We purchased this tv from the store and had it delivered and installed. The Samsung tv is awesome and the Geek Squad crew did a tremendous job installing it. Very professional.

This is a beautiful TV. Go on line and find the settings for this set. Follow the directions to the letter and you will be rewarded. Try to do it yourself and you'll go mad.

The TV was easy to install an is great for over the fireplace. The one connect box has such a small wire running to the TV it is easy to hide and blends in with the grout.

Lovely screen, great framerate for movies and gaming. I don't use many of the features due to my periferals, but what I have used works well. Love the single wire system!

I loved the TV . Good clarity and sound effects . In fact I have upgraded to 75 inch from 65 because I liked the overall quality and value. Nothing to really complain.

When I bought my tv I didn’t know what to think but once I got it home and unboxed it was like love at first sight with the graphics and overall quality of the tv.

Downsized our home but upsized our TV. Awesome experience watching streaming without a cable. And college football season is going to be an immersion experience.

Q7 by far the best tv I’ve ever owned. I also purchased the 75 inch Q7 for my basement. Best decision ever.
