Samsung has a good reputation and we have had a good past with this manufacturer. No regrets. TV was packed for non expert installers and works beautifully. Sound is OK but our Bose speaker enhances it. We don't have high tech available in our rural area but this TV is ready if we move into the modern world.

Samsung couldn’t fix, sent a tech out who after 2 hours of taking it apart had to leave and order another part. I said forget it and ordered the 75 inch Samsung NU8000. I actually like it better and don’t notice any difference, so id get 10 inches bigger without spending more. Wait until QLED is cheap before considering as I don’t see any difference between this model and the NU8000
