Nice TV!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This picture frame TV was a great invention. When not in use as a TV, the screen serves very nicely to display artwork (from small file in TV memory) or your thumbdrive of photos or you can purchase more art from TV manufacturer (which is a ripoff). Only complaint is that the remote was designed by someone who is obviously a geek and is not as user friendly as it could be. Takes a lot of study to understand and it's definitely NOT an easy job to make selections with - it leaves plenty of room for improvement. But otherwise, the TV performs well so far and the picture is great. Only hope it doesn't fail after 6 months like our Samsung icemaker did!

Love this display
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When you are dedicating an entire wall to a flat screen, it pretty much takes over the entire space. If you have a room that's multi purpose then this can be annoying. The Frame TV is great because we can display some pretty cool art and photos in a rotation that brings additional enjoyment to a room. Instead of a giant black rectangle hanging on the wall you have some very nicely curated art pieces. TV is excellent 4k unit, but honestly if that's all I wanted I would find a cheaper unit that's just as good. I purchased because of the extra Art mode functionality and the slick no gap mounting.

Best TV I've ever owned
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This isn't just a TV, its art / furniture. Completely changed the family room with a cool vibe, look great as a picture during the day and then in the evening it becomes the TV. Literally impossible if you didn't know to know this is a TV when it isn't on. The choice of Art could be better, but its super unique and we love it. Picture quality as a TV is outstanding as well. The audio could be better, however we are running a Sonos sound system with it and so its irrelevant for us. The Smart Functionality and inbuilt apps are EXCELLENT!

Looks beautiful on wall!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TVs are getting bigger and bigger and I didn’t want a big black ugly tv on my wall. I couldn’t get the motion sensor to work right and many calls/visits to Best Buy and calls to Samsung and they couldn’t get it to work either. I finally found out how to get it working from someone on a blog, and now we love this tv and the art mode when we turn the tv off. It looks amazing and it fits tight to the wall like a picture frame.

A beautiful TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it. The UI is easy to navigate, it is much faster than other smart TVs that I have used, and the picture is awesome. I wish it had more art out-of-the-box, and paying for the art seems rather odd, but it's fun to have our TV look like a piece of art. With or without the whole "frame" concept, it's a just a very nice looking television on our wall and we are quite happy with this purchase.

Motion Sensor Doesn't Work As Advertised
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off let me say that Best Buy has been extremely helpful and this review is in no way indicative of the service they have provided...Best Buy and their Geek Squad have been great. This review is intended to get the attention of Samsung because they have not responded to the dozen or so people who are having the same issue and every time I speak with someone I get a different answer. Here's the issue: 1. Put the TV into Art Mode 2. TV goes to sleep after the sensor doesn't sense motion in the room after a set period of time (good - this is what it is supposed to do). 3. Once you come BACK into the room after the TV has gone to sleep, the motion sensor does NOT turn the TV back on. Best Buy's description says "Activate the built-in motion sensor so whenever you walk into the room, your TV displays one of your favorite selections." Page 12 of the user manual says "set the motion detector so that the TV can detect visual changes including user movements and turn on or off automatically" This is NOT happening. One of the main reasons I decided to pay a premium for this TV was for the ART feature - I do not want to have to turn the TV on and back into art mode after it goes to sleep. It might sound silly or lazy but the whole reason to pay such a premium for this TV is so it looks like art, not a black void on the wall. The feature is not working as advertised, it's a big deal, and Samsung needs to fix it. Dozens of people are having the SAME issue and discussing it on Samsung's forums and Samsung has not said anything. Every time I call or chat online with a Samsung rep I get a different answer - yes, it is supposed to turn back on after you come back in the room...no, that's not how it was designed, use bixby instead, etc. Best Buy has replaced the entire unit already so it was not a faulty unit. Will be returning this if Samsung does not come out with a fix.

Outstanding TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought the Frame Series TV to go above our fireplace after remodeling. It looks great and has gotten some rave reviews for its appearance and function from friends who have visited. We are also very happy with the picture and ease of operation for the TV itself.

Great concept, great execution
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the ultimate marital compromise TV. You wanted the latest 4K OLED; your spouse thought the old HD TV was just fine in terms of size and resolution, but has been wondering aloud if it might be better off in the basement. So you compromise. You get a 65" 4K TV to replace your older, smaller 1080p set. Your partner gets a piece of artwork that mounts flush with the wall with no mess of wires (even if you don't get a professional install). There are cheaper and better TVs out there, with better picture quality and off-center viewing, but in art mode, this thing looks fantastic. Beware, though: you need to share the same taste in art as your spouse!

Outstanding picture with truly unique features.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of research into televisions when I moved into a new house. I needed a larger tv, but didn’t want to have to look at a flat plate on the wall when it wasn’t on. The Frame solved both of those problems and more. Having the ability to switch the picture to your favorite painting really makes it feel like you’ve hung art on the wall. The included flush wall mount and one connect box made a clean installation easy and good looking. This television has exceeded my expectations.

Love this tv adds perfect wall accent.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very skeptical when I was first introduced to this television. I looked at all the reviews and they were positive plus they showed pictures of their television which shown excellent. So I decided to purchase one while it was on sale and it was a great purchase I must say. My only negative and it’s a small negative is that I wish they had more soothing artwork to Choose from.

Yes it’s worth. It. Incredible.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Frame is incredible. The software for it, is terrible. Slow, cumbersome. But the picture/frame aspect blows the socks off of other TVs. There is no way I could play my tv in the midst of photos. No one can tell it is a tV. I use an Apple TV even though it has one. But that’s fine. Trust it is worth it. Those complaining about it want a TV. I wanted a digital picture frame and tv.

Love TV, hate the box
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the TV, hate the Samsung One Connect box. I’ve already had to replace it after only 2 years. Just stopped working (of course two weeks after the warranty expired). Bought a replacement r online and we’re back up and running. TV is great though.

love having something besides the black box
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this because I wanted the TY to sit flat against the wall and it does but i find that I really do like having it display art rather than just a black box when off. the IU is really good where it integrates the guides from cable and over the air seamlessly

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give it 5 stars, but it is having some issues displaying art when motion is detected. I am sure it will get worked out, but I haven't had it long enough to figure out all the cool bells and whistles. I would recommend it, especially for the price.

65” Samsung “The Frame” TV
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV and great picture quality. The only bad I can say about it is, when it’s in frame mode it still look like a tv and the pictures on frame mode is not the same as what’s on the ad. But over all it’s a great TV.
