WiFi connection is terrible at best.

It works as TV, but not a smart TV. The WiFi is a constant struggle. I have over 20 devices on my network and this is the newest and most expensive and has constant connection issues. My cheap ReoLink that is 150ft way through 2 walls has a stronger connection to my router than this TV less than 15ft away in the same room. Tizen apps are just as bad, with no updates, constant freezing, and lots of bugs. No option to use Google play store or apps that are better with more options. Last update for this TV software was in mid 2019. Smartthings hub control was another plus for this but again does not work. I only have 2 out of 65 IOT device on my hub that respond to control from this TV. Again Samsung hub and Samsung TV but does not work. Phone control of the TV is iffy but that might be due to the poor connectivity. I do like the actual TV remote. Look at the LG options I wish we had.

Best looking TV on the market
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only gave it a 3/5 on ease of use because of the unique mounting requirements if you do not have a place for the one connect box nearby or in wall behind the TV. I have 6 of these Frame Tv’s from various years and cut media boxes in to wall directly behind tv to solve problem. Note, you may have to add cross stud support in wall for mount as well. The QLED panel on this version makes it hands down the best Frame yet.

Great TV that Displays Art When Powered Off

Amazing display which makes your TV, when off, become a beautiful piece of art. We added the optional frame pieces which really makes the TV blend into the decor. Go for the flush mount with in-wall cords (you can get the UL listed cord at Samsung dot com. It’s a bit pricey, but I’d do it again.
