We really wanted a nice tv, but one that the room was not center around. This tv makes it possible to accomplish without sacrificing quality. I also love the preloaded art selection.

Local dimming does get better blacks but is a bit distracting when moving between dark/light scenes. Picture mode is fun, but still of course looks like a screen.

Cool TV but not as advertised

But the TV is advertised as having the ability to set the volume and channel through Alexa. Called Samsung tech support who sent me to Alexa tech support who told me this is currently not possible. The only available function is turning the tv on and off. Not as advertized.
