    I’m glad I made this purchase with Best Buy. I was looking during 2 weeks, different companies and different deals and I GOT THE BEST BUY, literally it took less than 24 hours to get MY FABULOUS SAMSUNG FRAME just right at my door, Even the parking is complicated at my building. OMG, I just had to press 1 button on the website to get easily my own XMAS GIFT. Definitely I will get my next purchase with you guys, thank u so much.

    The art is wonderful and looks great. The Samsung app is difficult to use. It often takes forever to launch Disney+. It’s tough to add your own frame because the IR remote receiver sticks out from the bottom of the TV. TV speaker is weak.

    This TV looks great in our bedroom and we love the art aspect that the TV brings. Make sure to factor in the frame size when choosing the size of TV for the overall look you want on the wall. We are still learning all the featutes that the TV has, but the user interface as been easy to understand and the remote is nice and simple to use. We are considering another one for the living room.

    The TV is good but what they don’t say is you have to put this on a flat wall. There’s no room for anything sticking from under the TV for the mount. So, you have to make sure you have everything right before the mounting. Other than that so far so good.

    Screen gave out twice. Firstvweek it went out once and inplugging it amd repligging it fixed it. Two months later it just stopped working at all. Screen looks beautiful but at night picture mode looks like a tv because it illuminayes light even on the darkest settings. So picture quality is great, sound very mediocre. Overall with the malfunctions (tv says built in August 2024 made in Mexico) being only two montha old when i bought it, i cant recommend this product.
