We love this tv after owning it a month. The picture quality is a big upgrade from our previous tv. We love the pictures. It’s so natural. The interface is fine and the sound quality is fine. Unless you’re a sound fanatic this should work for you. The Sand Gold bezel I got looks so sleek. My only complaint is BestBuy installers no showed our 2-5pm window and called 6:58pm saying they aren’t coming. Well duh!! I payed for expedited shipping for them to put the bezel on only for them to delay a week. So it was a waste of $33 bucks. Live chat transferred me 3 times trying to get a refund on the expedited shipping and finally they said it can’t be refunded. So I cancelled the tv out of frustration and got the tv from a local family owned store who quite surprisingly was the same holiday price, but had a $150 Mastercard rebate along with a free 50” tv. I kept the Bezel with BestBuy. Not worth the hassle of driving back there and buying it somewhere else again. So it all worked out in the end.

The 2024 version of The Frame is everything I hoped for and more. The picture quality is outstanding—crisp, vibrant, and beautifully detailed, whether we’re watching a movie or displaying art. The anti-reflection screen is a total game-changer, even in bright daylight, and the slim fit wall mount makes it look just like a real piece of artwork. We’ve had countless compliments from guests who didn’t realize it was a TV at first. Samsung’s Art Mode, combined with customizable bezels, adds an elevated touch to our living room. Setup was straightforward, and the One Connect box keeps cables neatly out of sight. If you’re looking for a premium TV that blends seamlessly into your décor, this is it. Excellent quality, thoughtful design, and zero regrets.

Easy installation and great picture resolution. The thin design hugs the wall like a painting. Art mode is great in the living room when not being used for movies or TV. Sound is good but we added a sound bar to enhance the viewing experience.

The Samsung 65” Frame TV is hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made. The picture quality is crystal clear, with vibrant colors and deep contrast that makes everything from movies to sports look amazing. But what really sets it apart is the design, its truly looks like a piece of art on the wall. The Art Mode is a game-changer. When the TV’s off, it blends into the room like a framed painting. Guests constantly ask if it’s real art. Plus, it’s super slim, easy to mount, and the included customizable bezels are a nice touch. If you want a high-performance TV that doesn’t look like a TV, this is it. Stylish, smart, and stunning ,5 stars all the way!

I LOVE most of the features of the Samsung Frame, especially the Art Mode feature for displaying custom art. I just have a couple complaints about the TV. Complaint 1 (Major): Samsung does not provide the ability to prevent app downloads; it only allows you to restrict app use with a pin after the app has been downloaded. This made it a nightmare to find/download/restrict problematic apps. This is a terrible limitation for parents and adults who want to apply parental controls. I wish Samsung required a pin before allow users to download any app. I assume this a problem for all Samsung TVs. Complaint #2 (minor): I have encountered software bugs when using the product, so it has not always functioned as desired. Bug issues seems to be random and not always repeatable, so I don't have specific bugs to list here. So far the issues with software bugs has been tolerable.

my guest and visitor came to my house, saw the frame hanging on the wall and to their suprise when I turned it one they never expected to be a television, everyone says WOWWW! is that TV?! Yes! Samsung frame TV has the best color quality, very vivid, no glare and comforting to the eyes.

This is an outstanding TV for its purpose. Most TVs are useless black mirrors when off, this one is like having an entire art museum at your disposal. The hardware, the software, AND the subscription are all designed together to provide the art experience. The matte finish, ultra thin frame, light and presence sensors mean this TV physically displays art better than any other panel on the market. It looks and feels fantastic and at times it is really hard to know it is not a piece of framed art. As a traditional TV it is good, but not 'great' at displaying content. It is very good in bright rooms with reflections, not as premium in darker rooms vs. an OLED which can be had for the same or even less. Don't buy this if you primarily plan to use it as a traditional television. Sound quality is also really good, especially considering the thin panel. Real media fans will want a soundbar, but it is not a requirement for most people. The breakout box is big, but I love the thin single cord used to connect it to the TV. Again, very well designed for its use. The software is also excellent and designed to alternate between displaying art with art settings and displaying traditional TV media. its use of ambient light sensors and motion sensors is really smart and showcases that this TV is truly meant to be used as an art piece. It turns on magically when people are around and turns off when by itself, and its always at the right brightness for the room. Finally, this TV uses Samsung's Tizen OS which I find much much much faster than Google's Android TV. Everything is fluid and snappy. Finally, the $5/month subscription is a must have. Frankly it is an absolute bargain. It gives access to an art library of thousands of pieces from major and less welll known artists that can be displayed. Yes, you can find your own art, including personal photos, and use them. Many TVs can do this. But the acces to the ART museum for the price of a cup of coffee is amazing and a must-do if you are going to spend the money on this TV.

I've had my eye on this TV for about 3 years. There was a big sale for Christmas and I pulled the trigger. I am so glad I did!! This is a game changer! I wish I could afford more! The art looks like art and the TV picture is amazing. I will say you need to get the upgraded frames to get the real look. I used Deco Frames and the result is incredible!

Love the thin bezel. It sits up flash against the wall. The display has a matte coating that reduces reflections. The image quality is really good! The picture mode is also very impressive. The built in software is very quick and easy to navigate. The only downside is the panel is backlit so the blacks aren’t as deep. But you hardly notice that is regular use

Pretty TV. I have one big room attaching great room and kitchen. With the art up, it separates the two Rooms so nicely. Love it so much!

I couldn’t be happier with the Samsung 65” The Frame Series (LS03D). The combination of high-quality artwork and an incredibly sharp, vibrant picture is exactly what I was hoping for—and then some. When it’s displaying art, it genuinely looks like a framed piece on the wall rather than a TV, and when it’s on, the QLED 4K picture quality is outstanding. Colors pop, motion is smooth, and the anti-reflection screen makes a noticeable difference in bright rooms. I’m so impressed that I’m in the process of purchasing three more Frame Pros. Paired with YouTube TV’s split-screen features, it’s hard to imagine going back to anything else. Whether I’m watching sports, streaming shows, or just enjoying the artwork between use, this TV fits seamlessly into both the space and my daily routine. The slim-fit wall mount completes the look and makes installation clean and simple. Overall, this is an exceptional balance of design, performance, and everyday usability. Highly recommended.

I finally purchased and installed after thinking about it for over a year. I wish I hadn’t waited! The wall mount is included, and was fairly straight forward to install. I love the matte anti reflective screen. It really fools one into thinking its art because of this. I was also hessitant to purchase the art subscription, but decided to try it, and I really like it too. Well done Samsung!
