Great TV - Horrendous Customer Service Locally

Customer service with the online order was great, but the local store organizing the delivery was a nightmare. We were told so many different stories as to why the tv couldn’t be delivered, even from the manager. Two weeks after the tv was transferred to our local store, and the third scheduled appointment, it was finally delivered.

I am absolutely totally satisfied with my purchase beginning to end. The store person was very helpful , was not pushy , explained the TV and the functionality of the TV. I am 75 years old and when the geek squad came to install it they were over the top courteous friendly and explained it very very well.
