It took a long time to figure out how to setup remote control. Got great help from Best Buy. Okay help from Samsung Support. Good TV for the price.

Best TV Ever!

The price, too, was more reasonable than we expected. The Geeks got it installed and set up within an hour--WOW! They know what they're doing! We are still learning everything that this TV has to offer, and that may take some time--there's so much! This was the best choice we made all year.

Still getting used to the remote. Would love a way of interacting with apps that is better than an on-screen keyboard

When my suv was too small to pick this up because it had to be transported upright or the warranty would be voided. The picture and os is top notch. If you turn on smart picture your picture gets better and better and tunes it specifically for different times of day and what you’re watching or playing its awesome. My ps4 pro looks insane on this.

Best TV I’ve ever owned.

The picture is so clear and detailed it’s like looking through a pair of binoculars. When I watch a hockey game, I can follow the puck. When I watch a football game, I can read the stickers on the back of the helmets. I can see moles on the player’s skin. It has features that TVs costing thousands have, This TV was under a thousand. A real bargain.

Great Smart TV

Picture is fantastic. One nit picky thing I don’t like is the lack of an info button to see what the screen resolution is at for what you are watching. I would like to be able to tell if I’m getting 720p, 1080, or 2160 by pushing the info button like on older remotes. Great tv for the price
