Smart capabilities detects the input that's active, and changes automatically. Samsung smart things app works well, but is required to configure the TV for first use. Not a problem, but not what I expected. Love the TV and would make the same decision again.

It meet every expectation for every video we've watched on it! I love how quick it switches between the input options and menu. There are so many options I have yet to explore with it. I like the microphone/Bixby option - but I do wish this had Alexa compatability.

My dog even loves it!

As we were watching theKentucky Derby race, my dog thought that the picture was so good that she tried to jump into the TV to join the race! Luckily we caught her before any damage was done. Love it and thoroughly enjoying watching it with family and friends!

Watched movies, binge watched Ozark and enjoyed saved NFL games.The NFL on this TV is the bomb- very satisfied.

Samsung Good

The sound quality and picture is good for the price and size of the tv. I would gladly purchase this tv again and recommend it. It's my first Samsung product besides a speaker that I have. So, I may look into future Samsung electronics.

Instructions easy to follow ;mounting on wall was a breeze. The remote is minimalistic, but works well. The Samsung TV app is quite good and free, and the picture quality is excellent. As with all big screen TVs audio lacks a bit but most everyone uses other speakers nowadays.

Great Television for you and your family

The picture is outstanding and so is the sound. The price was good and the Best Buy sales associate was very helpful in helping me find the exact product I wanted. I would purchase this product again and highly recommended it.

The only problem is, they make it so complicated. We older people only care about having a good picture. All those other bells and whistles only complicate the issue. Take away all that extra stuff and you could sell us a TV at a better price which would increase your sales.
