Purchased it last Friday during the 3-day Father's Day sale and I'm on the fence whether I will return it before the 15 day grace period is up. It's a 65" TV so it's a big hassle. Also there is a slight noticeable "vertical banding" in the middle of the screen. You notice it more in certain colors and once seen cannot be unseen. I picked this particular TV because of the way it looked in store and wife wanted a TV with good working apps. I really want to love it but the issues mentioned maybe too hard for me to overcome especially when I forked out $1400 for it. The vertical banding issue is slight and I can live with that but the "clouding" or "flash-lighting" is extremely noticeable during dark scenes.

Now I feel like I’m part of the game!! No more squinting to see the display. Watched the new Bad Boys movie on the tv last night. Sound could be better from the speakers, but I plan on adding a sound bar.

For $1,000+ dollars, I expected much more. Seems to be a bit out of focus. I’ve been a SONY guy for many years, but was concerned that the SONY the operating system is Android and everything I own is IOS. I do not understand how the Samsung factory settings could deliver such a lousy picture out of the box. It is what it is and I’m stuck with it. I bought it on 12/2/19 but didn’t have the Geek Squad deliver it until the end of December. Should have gone with my gut and stayed with Sony.

The 240 Hz refresh rate gives you motion without jitter and almost you are there feeling. I would highly recommend this product and it comes at a great price!
